Jo's POV I sat at my office annoyed since my bff Tina wouldn't leave me alone. She wanted me to join he at the club since I've ditched her for 3 weeks and she was annoyed. "Girl you have to stop being a workaholic and have some fun you can't just ditch your friends and work on a Friday night"she said on the phone annoyed."sorry I can't I have so much work to do and I feel like a third wheel or whatever wheel it is"I argued Tina Beth and Em all have boyfriends and I have to watch them as the flirt at the bar all night."Really that's your excuse you use that every time say yes or I'm telling Beth to come and drag you out of that office" I sighed at her words and u finally agreed."ok ok I'll come but I'm not drinking and I have to go back home before 11pm" " yaaaay "she squeked"Be home by 6pm so we can do your make up and dress you up" I said sure and hang up. My life is kinda hard when I have three best friend trying to get me a boyfriend although I don't want to. They have set up blind dates but I end up rejecting all of them . Being a secret CEO is way harder than I thought I have so much work to do and I even pretend to be a janitor in LEEJO enterprises so I can hide my cover . Very few people know who I am those being my roommates also being my best friends Tina, Beth ,Em my brother Brad who is Tina's boyfriend, Xavier and Alex who are Beth's and Em's boyfriends and of course my parents the banks. After a while I finally decided to get out of my office before she comes and gets me. It was a bit early so I went to the park to clear my mind. I took my car keys headed to the elevator and left. When I got there I sat at the bench thinking of my next project then I heard arguing from a couple near by. I chuckled a bit and muttered loud enough and the guy heard me 'this is the reason I don't want a boyfriend'. The lady walked away angrily and the guy stared at me angrily I looked away and I heard him say"you should learn to mind your own business" I took my eyes of my phone and stared at him,"just bcoz u broke up with your girlfriend doesn't mean you should take your anger on me buddy"I then took my bag and walked away then I turned and said" take your advice and mind your business" I said annoyed and walked to the car and drove off. (Span)I arrived home at 7 to find my bff's dressed and ready to go to the club. When they realised I was home,they came rushing" you need a makeover and a change of clothes or you'll never get a boyfriend" Beth said and the two nodded." Yaah sure but nothing to much I hate make up" I said I went into my room took a hot shower for about 10 minutes and when I came out the girls did a light make up on my face and eyes. Then Tina came out of my closet with a high low light blue dress front reaching my mid thigh while the back was just below the knee and it was backless with some sparkling high heels. " There is no way I am wearing that thing you guys know I hate dresses and high heels really and you expect me to dance or even walk," I said and they looked at me with their puppy dog eyes which was my weakness."Omg really guys ok then " I said defeated and the happily jumped."Now get out of my room."they all got out jumping like 10year olds . I then took my car keys and we all left. We started heading to the club as we listened to our favorite playlist. A few minutes we got the club with disco lights and the loud blazing music. We spotted the guys and we went over to the VIP section.The girls jumped on their boyfriend's laps and started kissing them "eeeeew you guys are so disgusting I don't even know why I came I feel lonley," I said faking a pout. They all laughed and Tina said teasingly" maybe this will make you get a boyfriend" They all agreed laughing." Omg is Jo wearing a dress ..wait did you guys force it in her body"I rolled my eyes as my brother said laughing " I think you've had too many drinks and it not even 10 o'clock" I said a smirk forming on my face. We kept teasing and laughing for sometime until I got uncomfortable with the dress and decided to go change in the bathroom. I excused myself and left my buddies drinking . I was walking to the bathroom and I hit something hard like a brick wall that almost sent me to the ground. When I looked up it was a guy, the same guy I met at the park earlier today. "So you not only butt into other people's business but also blind," he said annoyed. " Oooh I'm sorry if I'm blind but you also have eyes look where you are going" I said sarcastically."Now get out of my way I'm going somewhere" I said as I walked away to the bathroom but I felt like his eyes were glued at me I got to the bathroom and changed into a comfortable outfit some black highwaisted jeans , a green crop top and some white sneakers. I came out feeling much better and headed back to my friends. " Hey you are back and you have changed" said Beth." Wait you guys expected me to stay with that dress no way it was too uncomfortable so I brought some clothes" I said and they looked at me shocked Then the staring was interrupted by Em " Anyway we have this friend we have who needs some help with his relationship," they all nodded in agreement. " You guys seem suspicious but what kind of help and how does it involve me?"I asked. " So ..he...kinda..." Em stuttered " Get to the point Em"I said knowing this is not good. "Ok he need a fake girlfriend so that his ex can stop following him " Em said straight forward leaving my mouth agape.what makes them think I'll help that guy I thought. I was brought out of my thoughts by Brad's fingers snapping in front of my eyes " so will you help our friend"the guys said. " No way y do you think I'll agree to this ..so this is the reason I was forced to come here tonight... Yaaah I'm leaving" I said picking up my bag but before I left Tina said "if you do this we'll never force you to do anything or even come to the club if you don't want to.. please just do this it's only for a month" I turned around and she added," there will be a contract you can put anything ." I thought for a while and finally agree " ok I'll do it" the all said thank you and I added " so where is this friend of yours. Then Tina pointed behind me saying "there he is" Before I could look back , a husky voice that sounded familiar came behind me " Hey guys" No way it can't be him I thought " why did I let them convince me into doing this"
