Be My Guy

Lukas It's been 10 years since I moved out of Spring Lake, away from my best friend Mason, away from my drunk uncle. I was 13 when Mason's family called child services and they immediately stepped in take me out that hell hole which my uncle called 'Home'. Uncle Jake was my dad's older brother but after his wife died, he would spend most of his time drinking. He never wanted to take care of me, he just wanted the money my parents had saved for me. At first it was just a slap or two but slowly it got worse, I would go to school with bruises on my hands and legs. Sometimes it was so unbearable that I could not go to school. Mason would always be there for me and one day while we were playing in my room, my uncle walked in and started kicking and beating me. Mason threw him a punch and pushed him to the floor, Mason was always strong and brave compared to me. After that Mason and I ran to Mason's house before I collapsed on his porch. I was then adopted by and old couple Mr. and Mrs. Greyson and they helped me achieve my dreams of becoming a doctor.  So the reason I am standing here outside Spring Lake is because I missed my hometown, this is where I was born and also because right now I need to feel at ease, I am trying to calm the storm that's taking over me and driving me crazy. You see, I was in a relationship with Andy for a year and yes I am gay, it's no big deal, Andy and I are doctors and so we spent a lot of time together, everything was going well till one day I decided to leave early from the clinic and give Andy a surprise. It was definitely a surprise but not just for Andy also for me. I walked in my apartment to see Andy lying naked over another naked guy while he was stroking Andy's back. I felt a knot form in my stomach, how could Andy cheat on me, we have s*x almost thrice a week even though our work schedules are tight. Andy tried begging me saying it was a one time thing and he met this guy at the clinic two days before, they started talking and hanging out when I was not around. I could not understand a word he said, all I knew was I needed to get out of here. It's not like I have not been in other relationships before but it always ended on a good note. This brings me to why I am here standing outside my home town. As I walk in I realise that things have changed, it was more developed, they had a few cafe's, some pubs on the outskirts, a shopping mall, more grocery stores than before, more people, I also noticed they had only one clinic which was also a private hospital. I walked into a cafe and decided to get something to eat. Everyone turned to look at the new face and then continued to eat. "Hi" the waitress said as I sat at the table. She gave me a menu and I thanked her. I decided to go with mac and cheese, a fruit punch and some spicy chicken which was their speciality. She told me that the order will be ready in 10 mins before we left. I noticed people staring at me from the corner of their eyes. I was busy dreaming when a beautiful girl may be a year younger than me came and sat at the table. "Hey handsome" she said smiling, "You don't look like you're from around here" she said and I nodded. I am from the city I said and she smiled excitedly. Guess she wanted to know more but I was in no mood to talk. Just then the door open and 3 fire fighters walked in, the girl looked up and beamed with excitement. "Hey I'll be back soon" she said while walking towards the fire fighters. I did not care honestly I just wanted to eat then find a place to rest. I saw the fire fighters walk over to the table next to mine. The girl jumped on one of the guys hugging and kissing him. I must say she has good, the guy was hot as hell and when he laughed with his friends my stomach did crazy flips ... no no no this is so not happening, I thought to myself. I quickly ate my food, paid and rushed out of the place. I found an inn nearby and decided to get a room for myself.  I may have slept for more than 8 hours which I am not used too at all, I would normally sleep for three to four hours as I had patients to attend too. My body was aching with all the travelling and so I thought a nice warm water bath would do magic. After soaking myself in warm water for nearly 30 mins I changed into jeans and tee before going for a walk. I realised it was dark and I slept through most of the day. The cafe's were closed for the day and the only place where I could get food was at the pub. I did not want to eat in my room so I walked to the closest pub I could find and walked in. There were many people on the dance floor, some looked like they were almost drunk, there were some people sitting at the tables and some at the bar counter. I decided to take a table, I noticed the girl who sat with me earlier was straddling a guy while dancing, but I did not care to look anymore as I was too busy staring at the menu wondering what to eat as everything sounded delicious.  "Hi" a girl said before asking me what I would like to eat. I decided to go with something simple "Grilled fish with mashed potatoes and a can of beer". I saw her sway her hips as she turned to go and I chuckled in my head, I knew I looked good and women would usually throw themselves at me but I never found them interesting. I was admiring the decor in the room when two guys started fighting, I recognised one as the handsome fire fighter from the cafe and I turned red just looking at him. He looked really hot in that tight fitting black tee, jeans that hugged his ass and that cowboy hat and boots. His lips were so full, so suckable and his hair looked soft and silky, I wish I could run my fingers through it. I was pulled out of my thoughts when the hot fire fighter punched the other guy and he was thrown on my table. "What the hell" I shouted when the water glass fell on me. "Sorry" the waitress whispered while she handed me a few kitchen towels. The guy was still lying on my table when I realised he was out cold. The waitress was trying to pick him up when she started panicking, "Oh God" she yelled causing everyone to look at us. I realised that the impact of the punch and all the drinks this guy had him knocked out to next week.  I decided to do what I was best at, while they tried to call the town's doctor I immediately grabbed his hand and pressed on a nerve that I knew would cause him to throw up, immediately his eyes opened and he started throwing up while I grabbed a bottle of water and gave him to drink helping him to sit up straight. "What the hell happened to me?" he asked and the waitress who was scared out of her skin slapped him really hard before walking away. "Baby what did I do?" he yelled and everyone started laughing. I felt someone's warm hands on my shoulder and as I turned around I was met with the most beautiful brown eyes I had ever seen.
