Mr. Mate

Samantha's P.O.V I woke up early to prepare my own breakfast. A simple breakfast is enough for me. Just some bacon and eggs would do. I went to the bathroom and readied a quick bath, brushed my teeth and got ready wearing my classic office wear. Pencil skirt and a Formal blouse topped with a blazer. Checking if everything was locked I headed off to work. I arrived at the office and some of the workers immediately greeted me when they saw me and I just nodded at them and murmured a quick good morning back . "Good Morning Ms.Collins" The receptionist greeted me handing me all the documents that just arrived today.. I just smiled at her and headed off to my desk. The intercom buzzed... "Yes Mr. Fenner. How may I help you?" I asked. "Can you please bring the files I gave you yesterday" He said. I quickly looked through the files. I got it and read through it making sure everything was checked. I walked to his office and gave a little knock before making my way in. Mr.Fenner has been great boss I've already been working 3 years for him. He's already 55 years now but he just look like 45 he was like my second father here. "Here you go and I brought your favorite coffee too. Just the way you like it." I said while smiled at him. "Thank you Samy." He said. My eyes drifted to the paper works stacked on his desk. That's odd he usually don't like it when there are a lot of documents stacked at his desk. "Do you mind if I ask you a question?" I asked. "Sure. Go ahead" He complied. "What are those papers for? They look important." I added. "Their for my retirement papers." He replied casually while signing the documents. "Oh....wait what?!?!" I asked shocked of what he said. "Samy, I'm already old...besides I'll have my son take over me." He said. "But you're---.......fine." I said defeated. "When will you retire?"I asked. "My retirement will be effective tomorrow." He said. "What?!? why so soon?!"I said. "It's my decision Samy. So it's my last day today..." He said. I went over and hugged him. "I'll miss you"I said while hugging him. I felt him hug me back. "I'll miss you too kiddo hahaha!"he said. The day ended faster more than I could realize it. "Hey kiddo. Take care of my son for me alright?" He said. I just smiled at him. A car stopped in front of him and a guy got out and opened the door for him. I waved goodbye at him. I'll surely gonna  miss him. I went down at the car park. Usual boring work day over. I went inside my car and started the engine, I drove back to my house. I noticed something was approaching. I looked closer to the side mirror to have a better view. I pulled to a stop...oh god! It was a humongous wolf! I was already panicking! What to do?!?!? I quickly step in the gas the wolf was so fast it caught up on me but I quickly pulled over and made a turn leaving the wolf behind. Oh gosh! What happened to my day? Unknown's P.O.V I was about to go home when I smelled this alluring scent it was a mix of the scent of roses and vanilla. I just realized it belongs to my mate...oh thank you moon goddess!!! I finally found her. It lead me to a car...it suddenly pulled over... I was happy maybe she felt my presence...my wolf was howling with joy...but then the car suddenly accelerated. I quickly quickened my pace. But she turned the car around and she got away... My wolf slowly slowed down...and my wolf howled in pain for losing our mate in our sight. Mark my words I'm going to find her, even if takes more years at least I know she's here. Samantha's P.O.V I just got home and I still can't believe that I saw that humongous wolf. Especially since the areas here are far from any sanctuaries or forests. I should really report this to Animal Control. I quickly took a shower and slept. *Morning* (7:30 am) I groaned not wanting to get up, then I took a peek at my alarm clock. Oh gosh! I'm sooo late! My body immediately jolted up and I readied all the things I'll need my clothes and all my office files. I have no time to eat breakfast today. Great! I quickly took a shower and headed off to work. I was literally running in the hallways but I accidentally bumped into someone making me fall to the ground. I looked up to see a guy on. I immediately got up and he was just oddly staring at me. He got these beautiful blue orbs that I could just get lost into. I found myself staring back but immediately shook it of since I was already late. "I'm so so sorry, excuse me I have to go I'm in a hurry...sorry again." I said hurriedly. I ran to the elevator. "Hey." Alex said. Alex was my friend and co-worker here at the office. "Hey Al." I greeted back. "Running late are we?" He asked jokingly. "Yeah...am I that late?" I asked. "Nah your just in time the new boss is about to arrive." He said smiling at me. "Thank God." I said relieved. "C'mon let's go to the conference room to meet the new boss" He said . "Yeah your right c'mon" I said. We both went to the conference room and find a spot to seat at. We were still talking while it was commencing. "Please welcome Mr.Fenner's son Mr.Zack Fenner" The announcer said. I immediately paid attention to the one that arrived He was so handsome.especially in his sharp looking suit. Wait he looks familiar.....Ohh God! He was the one I bumped with. "Is he staring at you?" Alex asked me. "Staring at me?...who?" I asked. "Him." He said while pointing at our new boss. I directed my look to where he is pointing. I was shocked to see that he was right but it could be possible that he was looking to whose in front of me because we were sitting behind. "Alex he isn't staring at me...maybe he's looking at someone in front so it looks like he was looking at me." I said. Alex was about to say something when Mr. Fenner's Son started to talk. "Good Morning to all of you. As you may know my Dad wanted to retire and I as his son he wanted me to take his place in this company...I want you to be the same as when dad is your boss. I wish that we may all get along and I am going to ask for your help to work hard so we can make this company better. You can tell me your complaints so that I can know what I can do about it. Thank you and that's all." He said and everyone starts clapping. He started to walk towards our direction. "Uhmmm is He walking towards us?" Alex whispered at me. "I dunno....but I have to go I'll explain things to you later okay Bye" I said hurriedly. "Wait! Samantha!" He said. I ignored his call for me and I headed towards the exit....ahhh Thank God I got away from him. Zack's P.O.V Today was my first day at my father's company. I was walking through the hallway when someone bumped into me. I felt sparks as the girl touched my skin. She stumbled down the floor and looked up to me. God! She looks like a goddess and She smells soo alluring. Wait she...she's my mate! I didn't realize I was staring at her...She stood up and brushed off and apologize and ran away. When I'm out of my daze ... I followed her scent and she was in the conference room. I saw her with a guy...that made my wolf jealous he was growling. I made my speech and walked towards her but she quickly stood up and just ran out. Not again!
