This is the continuation of My Mate That I Don't Want, this is not a stand-alone story.

The supernatural world is in conflict, they have lived too long in the shadows of each other and species are fighting for their own light. In the midst of this stands Liberty. She's mated to Jeremy who's the alpha of the Polar Moon pack, and at the same time, her best friend is a lycan.

Yet her own condition keeps her from taking sides, she has to hunt down others like her, and she has to stop the upcoming war from endangering her loved ones. That's the only thing that matters

But Liberty and Jeremy's private life isn't the best, sure they figured out their own relationship, but with two broken families and a pack to lead it isn't the easiest life to live. Liberty can only hope she’ll manage. She have to manage.

Prologue
CHASE WHITE’S P.O.V (For those of you who don’t remember who this fella is; this is the guy who rejected Jasmine) “She’s what?” I screamed at my father. “She’s dead, your sister, she’s... dead,” he said bitterly. “How… what, why?” I couldn’t seem to formulate a proper sentence, I couldn’t believe that Arianna was gone. “This is your fault! You sent her away, you banished her! And for what? Because she got pregnant? You should’ve protected her!” I shouted at my father, someone had to take the blame. “Do not take that tone with me, I’m still your father and alpha. And it’s not my fault your sister is gone. I did protect her. I sent her with five wolves so she could be safe in her five-year exile. And until the Polar Moon pack interfered she was fine! It’s the Polar Moon alpha who killed her. Apparently, he did it to save some human girl from the fight he started. If you must blame someone, blame the Zachary kid,” my father bellowed back at me. I was fuming, she... she was gone and neither I nor my father could save her. And Jeremy Zachary was to blame. “Who’s the human girl?” I asked, my tone chillingly cold. “Some Liberty Allan, apparently his mate, or so our source claims…” he said. He was unsure of the claim. I knew so. “Is she at least his lover?” I asked. “Yes.” With that, I stood up, and walked briskly out the door, headed for the warrior section of our packhouse. “Damian!” I shouted and a warrior immediately stepped up in front of me. “Yes Alpha son?” he said curtly. “I need you to find Liberty Allan. She’s connected to Alpha Jeremy Zachary of the Polar Moon. Kill her, I do not want you to do it the traditional way, we can’t afford to leave traces, so shoot her, shoot to kill.” I ordered. He nodded and stepped away, dismissed.
