We put our clothes back on in silence. Yeah, the s*x was good like always, but I could tell she was not feeling it. There was no connection like there used to be and it sucked. Alikah even felt it.       “You’re different.” I told Nena. “Has your feelings changed for me as well?”     “No, it hasn’t.” Nena sighed. “But, remember, it’s not just me anymore.”       I threw my clothes back on, then turned around to face her. She sat there, her body covered with my silken bed sheets that we just f****d on. I moved closer to her and I pressed my lips against her cheek.       “I don’t want you f*****g him.” I told her.       Nena glanced up at me and then, she got off the bed. She grabbed some clothes out of the dresser and she walked to the door. I rolled my eyes and got up as well. I followed her out the room and I headed down to Tank’s room. I already knew it was him at the door. The way he slammed his door brought a smile on my face.       Once I got to his door, I knocked on.       “What?” He asked.     “Man, open the door.” I told him.       His door opened up and I made my way in. He was sitting on the bed, watching television. I stared at him, waiting for him to tell me what he wanted. He rolled his eyes and finally turned to me.       “I went by the garage a couple hours ago.” Tank told me.     “Why did you go by the garage?” I asked him, curiously.     “I let Xander out for a few minutes. I took him to the woods and I smelt smoke miles away, so I decided to go check it out.”         A sick feeling formed within my stomach as I listened to Tank. I hoped he was not telling that we got hit, but when he did, that did it for me.       “The garage was flamed up by the time I got there.” Tank said.     “We need to call Dig.” I told him. “What the f**k, man?”     “There’s no point.” Tank said. “Dig had burned up with our supplies, Liam.”       I squatted and covered my face up. Not Dig, I thought to myself. He was our best supplier and he had the best connect. I could not believe it.       “f**k, man!” I shouted.       I sighed, trying to figure out our next month. We were running out of supplies here and I was going to take some from the garage. Now what was I going to do. Tank got off the bed and walked to the door.       “Where are you going?” I asked him.     “I’m going to go make me something to eat.” Tank told me.         I turned to him and nodded my head.       “When you get done, we have business to handle.” I told him.     “Like old times?” Tank asked me.       Liam nodded. Tank gave me a small smile before he walked out of the room. Even though we were returning to the old time, Tank and I weren’t old friends. To me, I saw him as a threat. And I felt he was sneaky as well.       Alikah: Then be cautious of him… Make sure he’s in your eyesight everyday…       I nodded before I walked out of Tank’s room. Right when I got to the bathroom, the bathroom door opened up and Nena walked out in a short pajama set, showing her small curves that she gotten due to her being pregnant. I walked over to her and she glanced up at me.       “You okay?” She asked me.     “Is that Nena asking or Sage?” I asked her.         Sage: Definitely not from me…     Alikah: Trust me, the feeling is mutual…       “There’s your answer.” Nena told me before she walked away.         I watched her walk into my room and my eyes turned to Tank, who came up with a plate that had two tuna sandwiches and some potato chips. He walked past my room, not giving a glimpse or giving it any mind. I already knew he smelled her scent, but for some reason, he was not paying attention to her or looking for it. He took a bite out of his sandwich as soon as he approached me.       “Go grab the others and meet me in my office.” I told him.       With a simple nod of his head, Tank walked over to Seth’s door first. I turned around and headed to my office. I pushed the door open to my room and I turned the light on. I haven’t used that room for a while since I had been dealing with Nena and Charnay when I thought she was pregnant by me. What a waste of time, I thought to myself as I took a seat in my chair.       “Okay.” Tank said.       He walked in with the rest of the pack. Desmond walked over to my desk and took a deep breath.   “What’s going on?” Desmond asked. “We have some business to handle beginning tomorrow.” I told him. “Tank just informed me of some terrible news.” “What news?” Garrett asked. “I’ll let you tell them.” I told Tank.   Tank turned to them and sighed.   “The garage got hit last night.” Tank told them.   The pack glanced from Tank to me. Desmond shook his head at Tank before he turned to me.   “Is this a joke?” He asked me. “No, I’m afraid not.” I told him. “If our garage got hit, then that means our supplies are fucked.” Seth stated the obvious. “They’re gone.” Tank said. “Does Dig know who hit it?” Garrett asked. “I mean it’s his place that we were Using.”       I shook my head at them.       “Dig died with the supplies.” I told them.       Everybody got quiet. Nobody said a word and they all held their heads down in sadness.       “Not Dig, man.” Deon said. “Not him. Out of all the people we worked with, why Dig?”     “I don’t know.” I said, then I turned to Tank. “We need to make a trip up there to the garage. Was there cops there?”     “They were on their way up there, so I ran off before they could see me.” Tank said.     “How do we know you didn’t set it?” Desmond asked Tank.     “Man, if you don’t cut it out.” Tank said. “I understand we have our differences, but I’m not a f*****g dumbass once it comes to money and business.”       He was right. As much as I wanted to believe that Tank did it, I knew he didn’t do it.       “That building was on fire by the time I got there.” Tank told Desmond.     “Maybe it was your bitter ass baby mama.” Deon said.       Tank shook his head. I got up from the chair and walked around.       “Whoever did it will definitely be dealt with.” I told them. “But for now, we need to collect some evidence. Hopefully, the cops aren’t there by the time we go.”     “Then we need to go at a decent time.” Tank told me.       I sighed and agreed with Tank on that one.       “I say we go now.” Tank said. “Knowing the cops, they won’t stay at a burned down place until they recieve a warrant for the charred building. While they wait for that, we need to find out as much as we could.”       We all nodded to Tank’s suggestion. It wasn’t a bad idea at all. I glanced at the others and sighed.       “Be ready in 20 minutes.” I told them. “Meeting over.”       The pack left and Tank was ready to leave as well.       “Tell Nena to get ready as well.” I told him. “I believe Sage could help us on this one.”     “I’ll ask her.” Tank said.       I walked out the room and he followed behind me.
