Chapter 3 I Have Already Given Up on Him

778 Words
"I was wrong in the past. I will divorce Pedro and cut off everything in the past." Tiffany spoke calmly. Her love faded away bit by bit in these three years until Estrella appeared, which completely shattered the beautiful filter she had for Pedro. No matter how much she loved Pedro, no matter how cheap she was, she would never fall in love with a man who did not love her! "It's good that you're back. Let's eat breakfast." Waylon ordered the servants to get two more sets of plates and forks. Karen was also happy and urged Tiffany and Timothy to have breakfast. The table was finally filled with the whole family. Tiffany had not eaten with her parents for a long time. She sat down obediently and picked up the fork. After her parents finished the meal, she returned to her room. She covered her face and lay on the bed. Tiffany was mature enough, but she had made such a big mistake. She was really unfilial to make her parents worry about her for the sake of a single man! Tiffany fell asleep in a daze. When she woke up in the afternoon, she changed her clothes and was about to go out. Karen sat on the sofa and saw Tiffany about to go out. She asked nervously, "Where are you going?" She was afraid that Tiffany would go back to look for Pedro. Tiffany had just returned and she still wanted to spend more time with Tiffany. "I'm going to see Clara." When Karen heard that Tiffany was going to look for a friend, she did not say anymore. When Tiffany arrived at the appointed café, Clara Garcia had already been there. She had just sat down when Clara threw out her phone, indicating for Tiffany to look. "Haven't you had enough of being a good wife? Look at how your husband spends his time outside. Last night, he was shot going into a hotel with Estrella together. He left this morning. He cheated on you. Why did you still stay with him?" Tiffany flipped through the menu and said softly, "I asked to divorce." "When?" Clara was surprised. "Yesterday." "Well, you are finally sober." Clara was very clear about how much Tiffany loved Pedro. Making an arrogant girl so humble was simple. It was not because of how attractive Pedro was, but because Tiffany loved him so much that she became silly. Clara wondered if Tiffany was willing to give up. Tiffany had been focusing on Pedro for the past ten years. Her love for him had long been integrated into her heart. It was natural for her to love him. However, she had to give up. She should not fall in love with a man who did not love her. "The woman Pedro likes is Estrella." These words made Clara think for a long time before she understood. She forgot her image and scolded, "f**k! Pedro is a bastard. How can he do such a thing!" Clara had met Estrella before. Estrella had only been in the entertainment industry for a month and she received abundant resources. Everyone helped her go popular and knew that there was someone behind her. Clara did not expect that this person was Pedro! Estrella's and Tiffany's eyes were somewhat similar, but Tiffany's eyes were bigger and more intelligent. "Pedro used you as a substitute. I will slaughter him to vent your anger!" "You don't have to. I have already given up on him." The coffee on the table smelled fragrant. Tiffany picked it up and took a small sip. The bitter taste lingered on the tip of her tongue. It reminded Tiffany of the ridiculousness and absurdness of the past three years. It was time for her to let go of the past. Clara looked at Tiffany's expressionless face, afraid that she was forcing herself. "Tina, are you really letting it go?" Tiffany smiled. This smile was free and easy, and it also had a seductive charm. "Clara, have you forgotten how many people pursued me in the past? If I give up on a man, I will have more men." Clara realized that she was thinking things through and immediately suggested, "Then do you want to come to my company to be a star? I know that you are rich enough, but there are many handsome guys in the entertainment industry!" Before Tiffany married Pedro, Clara had mentioned it. But she was devoted to Pedro at that time, so how could she take a fancy to others? Now it was different. Tiffany did not lack anything. What she lacked the most was a new boyfriend.
