Watching the three boys playing with Pup, Kendy stood behind a tree, watching with Mystique in her arms. It wasn't the first time she had stayed hidden like this. She liked to watch them play. Mostly she tend to watch Aakesh. The boy didn't like her, he made that clear every chance he got, but watching him made her happy in a strange way, and so she couldn't stop herself from watching. Unexpectedly though, Aakesh suddenly came to a stop right in front of the tree where she was standing. Turning, he glared towards her position. "What do you want, Witch?! Go away!" Guiltily, she stepped around the tree, but Mystique immediately jumped up and started hissing at the boy, making them take steps away from one another. Dropping the cat, they silently watched it ran away before Kendy spoke once more. "I just wondered, if maybe I could play too?" "Don't you have ears?! I said to go away! I'll never play with a witch! Not now, not ever!" His hand shot out, pushing her back a step, making her hit her head against the tree behind her. "Ouch! You hurt me!"  Strangely, he took a step forward, a hand reaching for her, making her flinch. The movement and tears in her eyes made him stop. Turning around Kendy struggled to run through the bushes and trees, away from the boy who's touch had hurt more than her head hitting the tree. A strange expression crossed Aakesh's face as he watched her leave, before, turning around and with a swift leap, changed in the air into his dark bronze and black dragon. Curling underneath a small bush, Kendy let her tears flow. A soft mewl drew her attention as Mystique crawled towards her. Pulling the cat close, Kendy buried her face in the kitten's fur, allowing her tears to flow.  It was a while later that, hearing her mum calling, she finally left. A single pink rose lay in front of the small bush, but there was no sign of anyone else close by. Picking it up, Kendy lifted it to her face to smell, before walking to the sea, holding it in her hand, staring at it in wonder. She was glad to see her mum. Since Demetrius was born, they had less time to spent with her, but playing on the beach would be great. And, as she looked around, she was kind off relieved that Aakesh wasn't near.  Soon she joined Kyne and Rudi in play, laughing like a little kid once more, when suddenly she froze. A change in the area around her had alerted her senses to magic happening nearby. The change in the magic was so sudden and unexpected that it was painful to her, as if all the magic in her body had suddenly been sucked out of her. A scream of pain and terror screeched out of her mouth. Then, out of nowhere a huge portal opened in front of her. From this sudden black opening the adult whom she had never liked very much, jumped, grabbing her before her mum could reach for her. Behind her mum, she saw the bronze and black shape of a young dragon landing as she was pulled through the portal into darkness.
