Enraged

Unknown POV     "What do you mean our sister is taking over in a month?! We have only one sister and Lilith is dead!" I screamed at my father trying to understand what he had just said.     "You heard me correctly, you will meet your young sister on her 18th birthday" He said with the most stern look I have ever seen on him.     "If we have another sister then why have  none of us ever known about her before?" I motioned to all 6 of my younger brothers."How could we not be told something like this for so long?"     Father only seemed to get angry the more I dragged out the questions. His hellfire torches were growing brighter with his rage. Causing my brothers and I to flinch.     "This is the end of the discussion. Your sister will be taking over as ruler of the Devildom, and all 7 of you will be a part of her royal council. You will all do well to remember that I brought you all into this world and I can take you out of  it." With that father motioned us all to leave his study.     I could not believe the words I just heard, I was to rule the Devildom and my younger brothers were to be MY royal council. Now they had every right to challenge me for the throne, but  we all knew that I was the strongest out of all of us.     I had to come up with a plan, I could never accept this mystery sister as our new ruler over me. I am the eldest son of the Devil King, the Lord of Pride and I will live up to my name. I will put a stop to this, and I will rule all of the Devildom.     All my thoughts were interrupted as the second eldest of us stated "Peter, we found her" Things were about to get interesting. Anastazia POV     *sigh* it has been two weeks since mom has given me that book and I still can't open the darn thing. Since then mom has only said about 10 words to me each day, bye I love you, how was school, dinner's ready, and good night. Ok so 11 words a day, but still this was very strange behavior for a mother who used to sit and gossip about my daily school life every day upon returning home.     "Are you listening Stazy?" my best friend Gabriel ask. Sweet Gabriel, always so concerned for others, yet behind closed doors he could be a real demon. I nodded to him.     "Alright spill. You are not acting yourself at all, you're normally the model student. The very model student who is graduating from high school in just 2 weeks. The same model student that is valedictorian of her class, and the student council president who is making her vice president late"  he persisted. I tried to hum in response but he pulled me to a stop before we could enter the student council room for our year end meeting.     Don't get me wrong I love and trust Gabriel as much as my mom, but with her acting weird I guess I am too. Gabriel could always tell when something was up though.     Guess that's what happens when you've been best friends since you were 3 years old. I stared at him thinking how that pudgy bowling ball turned into such a hunk. Gabriel was now the captain of the basketball team, and our star track player. Standing at 6 foot 3 inches he was  a  sky scraper compared to me, with his broad back and shoulders, and toned 6 pack. Let's not forget adorable chocolate brown hair that has a superman curl.     I don't know when it happened but I had a major crush on Gabriel. The only problem is that I didn't think he felt the same way, so I hid all of those emotions and gave into Gabriels pestering. "I'm fine Gabriel, just a bit stressed with all the year end preparations. Not to mention I have not received any replies from the colleges that I applied for."     Gabriel gave me a confused look. "What?" I asked. He pulled out a letter he had been carrying and pointed to the return address and then the postage.     I stared with my mouth hung open like a fish. He got an acceptance letter to our states most famous university, Albec's Tech University. Then I looked at the postage again, it was posted almost 3 months ago! If he had known for that long then 1 why haven't I had any replies, and 2 why hadn't he told  me yet?!     Gabriel  could tell that I was in questioning shock so he decided to answer my untold question. "I was waiting until you told me that you had also gotten in, but now I'm wondering how you don't have any responses from even a single college. Even if it was a rejection."     I couldn't understand what was happening, nothing added up and it was like trying to put together a jigzaw puzzle without all the pieces. Then it clicked and the final piece just fell naturally into place.     I was outraged. I looked at Gabriel showing him the fire in my ice blue eyes, and is if on cue he smirked knowing I'd figured something out. "Let's rush this meeting, I have some business to take care of afterword."     We entered the student council room, and I handed out all of the necessary documents for the students that would be taking over mine and Gabriels positions next year. Rushing through the meeting in a record breaking 35 minutes, I ran home.     I barged into the house, slamming the door open. My mom rushed out of the kitchen to see who was so rudely entering her house, and sighed in relief when she saw it was just me.     She tried to ask me one of the same 11 words she had spoken to me for the past two weeks and I couldn't take it any more. I snapped "Mom, what did you do?!"
