"Hey Star!" called out a girl with light blue hair in pigtails and sapphire blue eyes.
"Yeah Ocean?" responded a girl with long light turquoise hair in a down ponytail and cherry pink eyes.
"I heard there was a haunted corn maze nearby if you want to go with me?" Said Ocean putting halloween cookies in the oven.
"Sorry Ocean, you know I'm not a big fan of scary things, maybe you could ask one of your friends to go with you." Said Star as she pulled a children's book off the shelf.
"You still read children's books? you're like 26!" Chuckled Ocean jokingly.
"Shut it! you played with baby toys until you were 12!" Retorted Star.
"This is true, but that was last year!" Responded Ocean.
"Go back to making cookies!" Said Star going back to her book.
"Fine whatever!" Responded Ocean walking back to the kitchen to take the cookies out of the oven and setting them on the counter and heading towards her phone to call her best friend from her class, Lucky.
"Hey, Lucky." Ocean said into the phone once Lucky picked up the phone.
"Hey, whats up Ocean?" Responded a masculine voice through the phone.
"I was wondering if you wanted to go to a haunted corn maze with me?" Asked Ocean.
"Sure, what time?" Asked Lucky back.
"8:00 tonight if that works for you." Responded Ocean as she made the icing for the cookies.
"Yeah, that works for me, can I come over right now?" Asked Lucky.
"Sure." Responded Ocean continuing to make icing.
"Alright, see you soon!" Said Lucky excitedly.
"See you soon, bye." Responded Ocean as she hung up.
