As the school year progressed and the weeks passed by, Noah couldn’t keep from thinking about the strangeness of his vampire neighbors. He saw Gabe often, and they’d trade nods as they passed in the hall, but nothing more. He saw Jack less often, the redhead was apparently actively avoiding him, and when they did happen to meet, Jack would act like he wasn’t there.
