Third person POV:

After 3 hours of long flight riya finally lands in Delhi, she rushes through all crowd and queue on her way out she is constantly trying to call her parents but they are not answering it, finally after long hustle she comes out of airport and  halts a taxi and hops in, riya is thinking about all the worst scenario possible also her mind is playing trick with her she is also freshly hurt by her boyfriend and her own sister, the scene where she saw her sister and her boyfriend together in bed is still running like a movie in her mind showing flashes of it, Riya starts sobbing silently which catches diver attention “Miss are  you alright?” he questions her through his rear view mirror “Yes I am” riya replies , she continues to call her parents until she decided to call her paternal uncle ‘Jay’ who is also partner in her and her father business, her uncle picks up her call in one ring “Riya Beta where are you?” uncle jay questions her in panic tone “I am heading home uncle, uncle maa and papa are not picking up my calls, is .. is everything fine uncle?” Riya questions him with little pain “Beta don’t go home please come to ‘City Hospital’ as soon as you can!” uncle jay informs her “City Hospital?” riya repeats his word “Why City Hospital uncle?” Rira adds and questions her uncle jay “Your mother, she is admitted in ‘City hospital’ now please hurry and ill explain you everything , Ok!” uncle jays informs her and hung’s up , Riya is dumb folded at what she just heard ‘hospital , mom’ but she soon recovers herself and instruct driver to take turn and drive to city hospital , within half hours drives takes her to city hospital, as soon as cars halts outside she can see whole hospital parking area is surrounded by lots of reporters , riya is confused at what was going on , she pays her bill and gets out of taxi however as soon as she comes in face to face with reporters they all comes and circle around her and starts taking her pictures and fires her with question ‘riya what do you think of your father action?’ ‘Riya what is you opinion on your father shameless crime’ ‘riya how do you feel when you heard about your father crime’ ‘you father raped women  what you have to say about that riya’ , all reporters starts questioning one after another , riya is too confused about what is happening , she is unable to respond to their questions, she is scared as every reporter is suffocating her with their questions “I.. I.. please let me go” she pleads them and request them to move away however they are not moving away from her sight ,she is confused as something like these is happening to her for the first time, but soon her uncle jay intertwines and recues her from all those hungry reporters who are questioning her without considering her state  “Uncle what happened with father?, where is he?” riya question him with tear now rolling down her cheeks , uncle jay holds her tight in his embrace and takes her inside hospital where hospital guards restricts entry of all the reporter “Come ill take you to your mother first beta” uncle jay answers her trying to calm , uncle jay takes her on second floor and stands in front on an ICU ward ,Riya peeks inside through glass window on door and find her mother lying unconscious on bed “maa..!” riya whisper to herself and tears stars flowing down her cheeks , she puts her both hands on door and was about to push it when her uncle hold her shoulder from behind, Riya turns to face him “Riya ..beta we are not allowed to go inside , your mother is in critical state !” uncle jay informs her “Ho..w how ..Did this happened uncle?” riya question him crying like a baby in front of him, uncle jay makes her sit on nearby steel chair and  takes seat beside her “Now Listen to me very carefully beta about what I am going to explain you” uncle jays says in serious tone, riya turns and gives him her whole attention , her uncle continues and explains her “Today’s morning when we were in office, few officers came in and took your father with them, they informed us that he is been charged under the crime of Rape and attempt to murder and those charges are filed by son of his assistant, our family reputation is tarnish by media, these news went viral in just few hours, also your mother…. She was unable to bear these pain and she got a severe heart attack because of it” uncle jay explained and riya felt like someone poured a bucket of cold ice water on her head, she was too numbed to register everything that her uncle told her, “Papa can’t do that, He can never rape anyone uncle” riya cried more defending her father “I know beta I know these but you need to understand our current situation” uncle jay said “Uncle we need to get him out on bail as soon as possible” riya informed him “Beta we can’t , no lawyer is ready to accept his case also there are women who are raising voce and riots against our father and it very hard to hire any lawyer in such situation” her uncle informed “Uncle I don’t know about that get best lawyer at any cost, I want my father out of jail right away” Riya said staring straight in his eyes “Riya… you and your father are banished from your rights in your hotel chain” her uncle informed him “What… how is that possible me and father owns 60 percent of shares in our restaurants ?, how is that possible?” riya questioned him with rising temper “beta it is for hotels reputation, you know our invest ,they demanded their money against their shares and in order to control their investment , your family was temporarily banished from reserved rights” he informed her , riya was speechless at that moment, only she knew how hard she had worked to make those hotel chain gain the reputation that they are having now, she worked like donkey, she worked day and night to bring to highest position “What to do now uncle?” riya was hopeless by now her mind was too blank to think of any solution “Riya there is only one way to save your father, there is only one person now who can help you..” her uncle replied, riya blinked her wet eye lashes couple of time before she questioned her uncle “Who is it uncle?” riya questioned him “Kabir Rawat” her uncle informed and riya went stiff and she kept staring at uncle in dumb fooled.
