When I didn't have school, I worked a shift at Hope's Coffee Deluxe; a pretty simple shop just at the heart of Busan.  They serve the finest of pastries and the best coffee there. I'm currently on my way home.  Darkness spawns the streets like a blanket, covering the area as droplets of rain started to pour. The whether's just a reminder of how I need to move fast.  I had to pass an alley. And just like any other alleyway I've read in novels and watches in movies, this was of no difference. It's creepy.  I clutch the strap of my backpack and release a sigh, particles seen floating in the air.  Pink hints at the tip of my nose as the weather goes beyond my favor. The rain hasn't poured hard yet. But it's getting there. As I walk through the walls that appear to swallow me whole, I can't help but feel like I'm being followed. Suddenly, an eerie shadow rushes past my peripheral view before it's gone. My body turns cold.  Sweat starts building on my forehead as I begin to pick up the pace a little faster. I can barely see anything in this place. I ignore how the hair on my skin rises up the more I drown myself in this bitterly cold air.  Light. I finally see light. At just the end of the alley. But just as I'm half way there, I hear it. "Well, well." A groggy voice echoes behind me.  As if I've been hypnotized, my legs halt to the sound. I try steadying my breath as I'm faced with a bunch of men. They appear in front of me, blocking the path. Visible Viney tattoos spiral their skin beneath their attire that's as black as the night sky. Someone laughs behind, sending an immense uncomfortable shiver down my back. From just the tone, I can tell it's the same person who spoke first.  A popular topic had hit the news for nearly a month now.  Something about innocent girls getting abducted and disappearing here and there.  Even if authorities were involved, obviously they weren't doing a good job. I hold my breath as they cornered me.  "She's worth it." One man licks his lips, eyes scanning me from head to toe.  There's a slimy feeling engulfing my gut right now. It's almost impossible to dismiss the lewd glint displayed in their eyes.  "Now, now little girl. If you're good, we promise to give you a prize."  I take a step back when they begin to walk closer. Soon my back clashes with the damp wall, erupting a silent gasp from my lips.  The other two behind eventually reunite with the other three to corner me against the wet wall.  My fingers tighten. Its five against one helpless girl.  "Boss, someone's coming." One man informs the one with a Tobacco in his mouth.  I can't help but curl my toes, trying to remain calm. My hands have already traveled down to my sides.  This 'boss' huffs in obvious irritation before looking back to signal the rest of the man with a devilish smirk.  "Get her."  Then my eyes widens.  "He's gonna get away!" My earpiece shrieks again for the nth time.  It had taken me at least sixty percent of my will-power to not throw that device away.  In their eyes, it looked like I was talking to myself when I say. "Not on my watch."  Those four men suddenly stop dead in their tracks with perplexed expressions upon the smirk taking my lips.  I live for the feeling of catching them off guard.  Just as a hand reaches to grab my arm, I duck, unleashing a gas bomb and blinding them with the sting. I drop to the ground, wiping them off their feet with one swing.  Repeated groans of pain are heard as I take my gun from my backpack. With a huff, the loaded metal sits solidly in my grip.  And I show no mercy when I shoot.  *bang* *bang* *bang* *bang* No mercy. Especially when I turn my direction and forward the point towards the boss.  He stares with a sinister smirk, cancer stick gritted by his teeth.  Except right now, vile anger emits the stain in his expression.  It's game over for him.  Even if he tries to run, I can easily shoot him in the head. It's either he'll surrender and accept his fate, or die an instant death. Shame will fall upon his name and everything related to him. "Impressive." He claps his hands. "Impressive." I tilt my head with a playful grin.  But God knew I was anything but playful.  I speak."Bring back-up." "I can't believe you killed the-" "I shot them on the leg." I cut him off, ignoring the arch of a brow coming from the 'boss'. "Already on their way." Just as he says that a large team from the agency appears at every angle, taking in the grounded man who has indeed been shot in their legs only.  Multiple vans arrive not too long to take away the criminals. After that, they'll be brought and kept in a facility. I watch with keen eyes as they drag them away. The boss has had his eyes on me this whole time. And just before the vehicle can close at his face, he directs a message right at my face. "This isn't over." And they're gone. Like the wind, it only takes them a millisecond to wash the area clean and disappear.  Now the place looks crime-scene free. "Job well done, Agent 004." Tyson Jung, or as the Agency would refer him as, Agent 007, walks to where I stand. He's the same guy that's been bugging me through the earpiece the entire time.  He displays an impressed grin. "I didn't think you'd catch him this fast." I swing the gun around my fingers before dropping it professionally between the strap around my waist.  When Han Shin Lee thought the business of k********g women and selling them as prostitutes would gain him riches, he deadly thought wrong.  Because in the end, justice would always prevail.  ••• KIA stands for Korea's International Agency.  Agent 001 is considered as one of the highest-ranked agent out of a thousand.  It is because of the many missions that he barely ever returns to headquarters.  I was only eleven years old when I had to go through rough training.  And it took me a lot to earn my spot as one of the top ten in this agency. Agent 001 remains a mystery. I've heard so much about him. But I've never once personally seen. And I don't stand alone with this statement. A majority within this Agency has yet to see him as well.  It'll be most likely I'll ever encounter his presence. "Good job completing the mission, Agent 004."  June Don Travers: handsome with an IQ of 148, is the person in charge of this whole Agency. A little smile from him can send anyone into a frenzy.  He passes me a file. "Now. For your next mission. Pair up with Agent 001 and capture the leader of the Ace gang." "Come again?"
