THIRD PERSON POV DESTROY THE CONSTANTINE CASTLE!! KILL THE ROYAL FAMILY!! THE EMPEROR WANTS THEIR HEAD AS SOUVENIRS FOR THE AKELDAMA'S!!" A General shouted for his soldier to kill every enemy on sight. The Gunia Empire was known as one of the strongest armies of werewolves in the world of creatures. They were ruled by the Emperor Arcadio, the meanest and merciless emperor ever existed.  "DESTROY EVERY LIVING THING LIVING IN THIS CASTLE! BRING THE ROYAL FAMILY HEADS TO ME!" Series of cheered echoes inside the once silent hall of Constantine Palace. Ivory, the queen of the Constantine Kingdom was mourning the loss of her wife and daughters while hugging her sleeping newborn grandson. The tears of blood that flow out of her eyes dripping on her wife's motionless body.  "I'm sorry... I'm sorry.." she wailed while held Prince Kaek close to her chest. Ivory looked up to her daughter's corpses not far from Violeta. "Till death, you still protect her, Vixen." She turned to Gwen and Kathy's decapitated body.  "I'm sorry my daughters. I am a failure as your mother, protector and your queen." She stood up while looking at little Prince Kaek.  "You shall be our salvation, Kaek. If not you, our newer generation will. Don't worry my little prince, I won't let any of our lineage to just vanished like that." Suddenly, a witch barged in the secret royal bunker and kneeling in front of her queen.  "Don't be that way, Aretha. My reign will be done in a few minutes from now." The queen stood in front of the witch and handed the little prince to the witch's arms.  "Take the prince away from this castle. Take him as far as you can and never look back. I'll hold off any unnecessary nuisance while you escape. Take the horse and flee! BRING MY GRANDSON AWAY FROM THIS HELL!" Aretha was speechless. All her life she swore to be serving her queen till the end. "Take this necklace. Inside, I've bound Clio the sorceress from my wife and it will go to the first female born from Kaek's lineage." Aretha holds the necklace.  "GO, NOW!" With every bit of magic inside Ivory's body, she only could send Aretha and her grandson to the stable. Aretha grabbed hold of a horse and mount them. She looked back before kicking the horse's side.  "Farewell, my queen." She said as she watched the once great castle of Constantine now burn to ashes. Emperor Arcadio watching from afar how his soldier manages to penetrate such advance defences that Ivory had prepared for him.  "Once this is done, there will be a feast for the victors." He said to his advisors. The werewolves king smirked as wide as possible while laughing sinisterly at the nuisance kingdom he always dreamt off defeating.  "I want their head, every single one of them, NOW!" Emperor Arcadio commanded. "My emperor, we have some problem regarding retrieving Ivory's head." Arcadio sighed while looking past his shoulder.  "I don't think I ever wanted to hear about failure. Do you recall I'm saying anything about failure, advisor?" Arcadio sighed.  "Show me the problem." The soldier bows and walked backwards from the emperor. "BRING IN THE CORPSE." The soldier shouted. Arcadio eyes widen when his soldier pushing in a frozen body of Ivory in front of him.  "This b***h froze herself solid. Stupid yet genius." The emperor sighed.  "We can make use of this situation. We all know what's lurking under that castle. Rumour has it that this queen make a pact with the devil and that devil himself bestowed a beast to only listen to her or her lineage command." The advisors started to get a hint of his emperor's ambition to rule over the whole Enchanted World.  "With this much power, we can overthrow even the oldest power of this world, the Akeldama and rise to be the sole ruler including the human world," Arcadio smirked as her eyes landed on a couple of the familiar heads.  "That's the newborn hybrid prince?" The soldier nodded. "This baby laid beside former queen Violeta." Arcadio laughed as loud as he could. His laughter never failed to sent chills on everyone's spine.  "Finally, Constantine land is OURS!!!" The soldier began to cheer with the emperor.  "This territory is now in our control! THIS LAND IS UNDER THE GUNIA EMPIRE RULE!" Arcadio shouted. He faces the frozen queen.  "How do you like that little b***h. Not so strong now are we?" He turned to his soldier. "MAKE sure the ice doesn't melt! Build a cage for this b***h. We don't want this w***e to be wandering around. Her power shall be used to regain the beast when the time is right." Arcadio continued to watch the burning of the old Constantine Kingdom.  "Keep the girls alive to be my slave, make use of the surviving male to be our mangy dog. Use the silver collar on those werewolves. Do not feed the vampires every day. Once a week shall be enough." The soldier nodded.  "My emperor, what shall we do when the Akeldama learn about this?" Arcadio smiled.  "Let them attack us. We just attack them back and use the beast to threatened them. Easy." The advisors seem to be having second thoughts.  "But, we all know queen Thana can easily defeat the beast, my excellency." Arcadio hates to hear that name. "So we just have to kill the whole royal family if we have to." Arcadio walked towards his carriage. When he's inside, he placed his hands on both of his slave girls while pampering them with gold and jewels.  "Woman... so easy to manipulate. Why are you so worried? We just defeated the so call powerful kingdom. And now that we have Ivory in our hands, no one shall oppose us. Not ever." Arcadio was confident about his decision. "But..." Arcadio stopped his advisor from talking any further. "No buts. You should be thinking of a way to rebuild the kingdom to my liking. I'm sure the gold and jewels the Constantine has are enough for that." The advisor sighed and obliged his emperor orders but deep down he knows, someday, all of this will be the death of the emperor himself. *** SEVERAL HUNDRED YEARS LATER "Venus, stop staring at your grandmother's witching cauldron," Kaek called out for his daughter when he walked in with a few cabbages and carrots.  "Help me prepare dinner, okay?" Venus nodded and stood up from the floor.  "Yes, father." Kaek watched as his daughter chopping the cabbages and sighed heavily. Knowing that his daughter will be the next generation that will be the child of the prophecy was not the future Kaek planned for her. Kaek eyes landed on a few bruises on his daughter's arms.  "Venus, what happened to your arm?" He asked while grabbing her arms and examine the bruise.  "Oh... it's nothing." Kaek was shaking her head.  "Remember that we're hybrids, Venus. Even though we're vampires, we can't heal properly as pureblood does. Be careful next time." Venus nodded. Venus knows his father only looking out for her but there's no way he will ever let her father know about what happened in school. He can't let her father know that she's been standing in as the school punching bag since the first day she was enrolled there. Somehow she felt her grandmother knows the truth about her being one but she never said anything. "Mother, are you well?" Kaek asked when Aretha walked in.  "I'm fine. Just a little tired from the trip to the hill. Can you please keep these herbs in a jar?" Kaek nodded and do as told.  "Venus, are you well?" Venus smiled at her grandmother.  "Well, as usual." Aretha's eyes landed on her arm but Venus quickly covered it up with her sleeve.  "Liar, liar pants on fire." Aretha chuckled. Aretha sat down on a wooden chair and watched as the two preparing dinner. Never in her life, she would witness how a royal blooded preparing their mEal. Not to mention they both from the great Kingdom of Constantine, the once most powerful kingdom in all Enchanted world after the Akeldama's. "Venus, why don't you eat more? This is an unexpected thing for you to do." Aretha asked. Venus looked up to her grandmother and looked down on her own vile body.  "Seeing the drawing of you when you're younger makes me think if I can be like you, grandmother. Even my mother is more beautiful than I am. Look at me, I am nowhere near you or mother. I'm.... fat.. ugly... an ogre." Aretha turned to Kaek.  "Who called you an ogre? You're not an ogre, you're a hybrid." Kaek said.  "I am half-human, half-vampire. They called me names because of that. They called me such terrible names for my physical appearance as well. Why can't I be like you both? Father is such a handsome man, and you, grandmother, is such a beautiful woman." Venus just realised she said too much. "I'm sorry." She apologised to both her father and grandmother.  "Venus, physical beauty is nothing if their inner beauty is as dark as coal. You have both physical and inner beauty to be added." Venus chuckled.  "This is not physical beauty, grandmother, I'm an ogre in half-human, half-vampire skin. I am hot, yet cold, kind yet psychotic. Father was a football player in my old school and a legend. I am only the daughter of a legend." Venus continued to eat her dinner and think of the possible things that could happen tomorrow. In her room, she wishes that her life won't be in vain any longer. She kept on thinking of the new student, new pain to endure and new enemies. She sighed while turned to her side, looking at the drawing of her late mother. "Oh mother, I'm afraid. I am so afraid." She said before closing her eyes to sleep. Not long after, she felt like some kind of breeze blowing to her face. When she opened her eyes, she was shocked to see she's not in her room anymore but standing on the ground of a beautiful castle with groundskeeper and maids all over the place. She looked around and wonder if she's in the land of dreams or .... illusion. She decided to walk around to find the answer or a way out of this place. She was wondering how the groundskeeper and maids bowing to her and opened the castle door for her. Once she walked inside, she was in awe as her eyes witnessing such magnificent building she ever steps foot in.  "Jasper..." a voice called out to someone. Venus watched as a vampire jumped from the top of the stairs and perfectly landed on the floor like it's nothing. "Vixen, you shouldn't do that." Venus thought they looked a little familiar. She decided to follow them.  "We should go to the village again. I'm craving for that homemade egg cream." Venus was surprised when the person who the vampire called as Jasper is a human.  "That baby asking for a lot huh." Venus wanted to follow them even further but somehow she can't. The more she followed them, the harder she catching up to them. That's when Venus heard a soft voice calling out for her.  "Grandmother? No... that's not her voice." She followed the voice and it leads her to a grand door. At first, she was having a second thought but that voice called out for her once again and she was sure it's coming from this door. She pushed the grand door and stepped foot inside some kind of a war room. She felt like she's not supposed to be here and turned around but the door is gone.  "Shit.," she mumbled.  "Cursing in my presence is forbidden." A voice made her froze. It's the same voice that called out for her. When she turned to face the creature who owns the voice, she was speechless. The goddess-like creature stood up and walked towards Venus in a flash.  "Well, hello there Venus. Welcome home." Her eyes widen when the beautiful creature knows her name.  "Who.. are you....?" Venus manages to ask.  "Well, how rude of me... I am the ruler of this land, queen Ivory Constantine."  *** Venus was walking to school when she remembered the weird dream she has last night.  "Ivory Constantine? I recalled that name from the history book. Her family were slaughtered by the werewolves emperor. But, why did she said welcome home?" Those question has been playing in her mind since breakfast.  "Venus! Hey!" A voice made her came back to reality. When she looked up it was her father's employer son, Julius. "Hey, elf." Julius glared at her.  "Don't call me that. Yes, I am an elf but a rather handsome one. What's up hybrid? You look down." Julius and Venus became best friend since they were little creatures. He the only friend she has despite for him being the most popular elf in the school, the nobility always teased them together until Julius announced that he was dating a vampire noble. "I'm okay. And for the question yesterday, I'll pass. I don't want to go to a party where all those nobles will go to." Venus sighed. In the school, there are two most notable nobles and that's the vampires and the werewolves. Both trying to be on top and both wanted to be the strongest and the most popular. Somehow, Julius manages to climb up the ladder of the social scene. "Are you sure? Amelia wouldn't mind, V. She wanted you to come." Once again Venus politely declines to show up in any of the social gatherings. It's enough she's being abused in school, she doesn't need to be abuse in some nobility homes as well. They both walked towards the school. When they walked in the gates, Julius saw Amelia waiting for him nearby. Venus smiled at Amelia. She's the only nobility that doesn't call her names. "Awww. Too bad Venus. I wanted you to come." Venus let Amelia and Julius walked first as she followed them from behind. Her goal today is to be in the shadows as much as possible. But she spoke too soon when she felt her body was being pushed hard towards the wall.  "VENUS!" Amelia shouted and immediately stood in front of her friend.  "WE HAD A DEAL!" Amelia hissed. "Shut up. I decided I hate this hybrid. She's a disgrace to us pureblood vampires! She should be killed!" Venus arch-nemesis, Emil made himself known.  "That is not your decision to do! This school has its own rules and the rules stated no student shall be the harm in any way despite their status!" Amelia shouted in front of the noble vampire. Venus wanted to stop this. She doesn't want to be the cause of their dispute. "I'm sorry!" Venus suddenly bows down to the nobles. Julius wanted to help his friend but Emil's fellow minions grabbing his arms from interfering.  "Venus! Don't bow to him!" Amelia shouted. "I'm sorry for causing so much trouble. I'll be taking my punishment now, sir Emil." Amelia stared in horror to what Venus had just said.  "Hear that Amelia, she's giving herself to me. You can't say anything about that." Emil sighed. "That's what you get for befriending such like creatures. I mean mated with an elf is enough but befriending a hybrid? That's a new low, even for you." Emil snapped his fingers and his minion dragged Venus away from the hallways.  "See you later Amelia." They released Julius but it was too late when Emil open up a portal to his secret place. Amelia was clenching her fist from her failure. It was lunchtime and both Amelia and Julius were waiting for Venus to come back. They both worried Emil might take it too seriously and literally kill their friend.  "I f*****g hate the new law. The new emperor is stupid! I wonder how the Akeldama's even agreed to this law! Saying a hybrid should be punished!" Amelia was angry.  "I heard my father said that the Akeldama's didn't know about this law, yet. The Emperor hid it from his superior." "If only the real royal family is still alive, this won't be happening. All those financial aid students need a better environment than this. Just look around, they're one of the most talented minds in the Enchanted world and yet they treated like a piece of trash. I despise my kind about this." When the cafeteria door being opened, both Amelia and Julius froze in horror when Venus walked in a bath in blood. There's a huge cut in her face, stomach and back. Fresh whips and burn scar are all over Venus's body. Not long after, Emil walked in with his minions laughing at the Venus. After Venus paid for her meal, she went to Julius and Amelia's table and sit down. She began to eat and slowly her wounds began to heal.  "Venus..." Amelia called out. Venus looked up with a smile on her face. "I hope I can heal fast enough before the school day is over." Was all she said before continued to eat her meal. Venus was busy eating her food when someone came up to her table and place a handkerchief in front of her. She felt a weird aura coming from this person. When she looked up, her heart suddenly skipped a beat. She noticed how the creature's eyes sparkling for a little and then she smile.  "No one should be living in hell." Her voice is a melodious sound that made Venus speechless. Venus watched her go with her friends.  "What... just happened?" Venus asked her friends.  "You just talked to the princess of this school. She came from a proud lineage of witches and warlocks. Her name, Eve Ingram. Vampires and werewolves might control the social scene but she dodges the odd and now she's on the top, over that nobility. You're lucky she even talk to you and she even gives you her handkerchief." Julius explained. "She's a witch with the brain and beauty, the blonde beauty. No one dares to disturb her including Emil. This might be the turning point of your school career, Venus." Venus can't believe what just happened. She finished her food and waited for the bell to ring. She suddenly froze when she heard a voice in her head. She looked around the cafeteria but... "The prophecy shall be fulfilled...." Venus knows that voice. It's the voice from her dreams. She touched her head and looked down.  "What is going on?! Am I.. going insane?" She asked herself.
