Prologue (A new child)

Prologue Lost child's POV I was lost. I had no clue where I was and all of my family was killed while I was "dropped" here, wherever here is. I looked around, wondering where I was. I see a waterfall not far from where I'm sitting, but out of the treeline large wolves run up to me, At first they don't know what to make of me. I wasn't afraid of them so I remain sitting there looking at them when they suddenly run back into the forest, but than people emerge back out of the forest walking over to me. "Who are you?" the male asks me harshly. The other wolves whisper, "She smells funny" or "What is she doing here?" The female that was next to him walked up to me and knelt down to look me over. She froze for a seeing something on my shoulder, but recovers after the moment saying, "Honey, she's freezing, but she doesn't seem to have been injured. How did you come to be here, child?" "I don't know, I fell from the sky out of light and here I am. Where is here?" I asked the she-wolf. With my blue/green eye color, naturally multi-colored hair of black, blue, and silver, and my odd scent of wolf had everyone uneasy around me. To everyone, I could have been a wolf child, but I wasn't even sure of my origins. The only thing I remember was waking up in that forest after being shoved forward landing here wondering where I was and how I got there. Unknown POV Every 3000 years a new set of Originals is born to each species. Each having unique characteristics and talents not given to the their general species. Because of these traits each group coveted their pair and often enslaved them as weapons of war. Only a handful of species made their pairs royal so the balance would be kept and all species would be looked after no matter what others did to their Original pair. "That is was the book said," a voice said to a group of creatures. "However, The book is currently in the hands of the Royal wolves and is hidden away. They do not even realize what they have is the very history of all our species and how the Originals are came to be." Several murmurs were heard across the group. One woman stood up and asked, "Is there no way to retrieve it? Leaving the book in there hands could lead to disaster." The voice replied, "We are going to pursue every avenue we can to get that book back. It is essential that we get it back so we can identify who will be the new pair for witches." Agreements from around the room were heard and the groups dispersed. "Stupid f*****g wolves never knowing what they truly have," the voice says, leaving the area in puff of smoke.
