She never said about the scene that happens in the school because her parents are always out of home for their work. When she comes home, no one will be available for her to receive her. She is all alone in her home and her parents will arrive when she is asleep. And when she wakes up, she would rarely meet them in the dining table while eating her breakfast. So, there is no source for her to communicate with them. Lisa is also a billionaire like James and her parent's company is Mendes corporation. But for them, their first priority goes to business over their daughter. It is the saddest and horrible part of her life. She used to cry over her bruised face and hides it from their parents.
