Beautiful Dangerous Forest

Waking up to the sound of loud rushing water, I could feel a piercing pain in my head and back.

I opened my eyes to find myself behind a water fall, I was drenched and cold, I tried to stand up but stumbled and fell face down "c***k"!

I heard something c***k in my pocket, I reached into my pocket and pulled out my phone " s**t it's my phone"! It was wet and had a large c***k across the screen....I tried putting it on, but it would not come on.

frustrated I returned it back into my pocket.

" flap, flap,flap"! that sounds like birds flapping their wings I thought to myself. just then I turned around to find a big cave behind me.

I have been walking for what felt like hours until I came to a pond, so beautiful it's water as clear as crystal......wow! I took a handful of water and drank, it tasted so pure and sweet, I dipped my hand into the pond again to take more water but I could fell something curling around my wrist, I quickly tried to pull my hand out but it pulled me into the water so deep, I was drowning.

"wheeze! cough.....cough"!....ha!!! I'm alive I screamed out and sat up looking around. wow! was the only word that escarped my lips, I was in a forest, the most beautiful forest I have ever seen.

I stood up Turing my head from left to right and I noticed I no longer felt any pains, " hmmm".

The forest was nut- brown in colour. the twigs where crunching under my feet, I could hear the drumming of woodpeckers, the scurrying of squirrels and the beautiful singing of birds. The sunset peeped through the tree leafs, I closed my eyes as I inhaled the sweet scent of nature.

my eyes popped open immediately as the sweet aroma of roasted meat hit my nose, my stomach roared.

I decided to follow the aroma, I had only walked for about three minutes when I heard an animal-like groan behind some bushes and decided to go peep, as I got closer the smell of the sweet roasted meat got stronger, I parted the leaf to peep and my blood ran cold when I saw four short green creatures with flat bald heads, big eyes and teeth as sharp as nails it hanged outside there mouth. They danced around a camp fire with the body of a person impaled on a spike hanging above the camp fire. I can't tell if the body is that of a man or woman because it was burnt and half eaten.I saw a girl tied to a tree very close to the camp fire.

I knew she needed help but my head kept screaming at me to run the opposite direction," if I did that she would be eaten" I whispered to myself.

I found myself tip toeing over to her while hiding behind trees, the twigs where not easy on me as they cracked with every step I took, luckily it did not draw the attention of the creatures.

"HEY" I said in a whisper and she raised her head to look at me, she opened her mouth to speak but weird clicking sounds came out instead, "it's OK, I'm gonna cut you loose but I need you to be quite" I said whispering, immediately the ropes broke I held her hand trying to lead her away, we turned around to find one of the green creatures staring at us.

"Aggrh" mukani! it roared and about a dozen of them raced towards us, "RUN"! I screamed as I pulled the girl along.

my phone kept vibrating in my pocket, I was surprised because back at the water fall the phone would not come on. I had no time to check , I needed to get myself and this girl to safety.

Voom,Voom! my phone vibrated ,the girl started making those weird clicking sounds again and suddenly pulled me behind a big tree then she rolled her eyes, I paid no attention to her as I pulled my phone out of my pocket, it came on and had no c***k on it at all, "UNDERSTAND LANGUAGE" I clicked on the yes bottom below the text. "who are you"? " thank you for saving me", I turned to look at the girl beside me who had been busy screaming in her weird clicking sound language but I understand her, "who are yo"!...I heard my voice and what I heard was not words but that weird clicking sounds..."what the hel"!...before I could complete my statement I heard a loud roar, my phone made beeping sounds and I saw a text "click HELP", I clicked on it and it started playing music. The creatures where getting closer and the only thing I hoped will bring help was playing REMEMBER ME by LUCKY DUBE, " we are so dead"! I closed my eyes and held the girl to my chest, my back facing the direction the creatures where coming from. The song got louder as I waited to be pounced on, but I felt nothing, I turned around to look and I saw the creatures retreating with their hands on their heads, holding it like they where having a very painful migraine.

The music slowly died down and I pulled away from the girl, I looked down at her and she has a surprised look on her face. " who are you"? she asked, my name's Jake,what's your name? " lura" she replied, "lura.... hmm weird name" she was a light skinned girl, beautiful face with big baby doll eyes and small lips, she's beautiful, I thought to myself but she has blue hair....It made me wonder if she dyed it.

"Jake" we need to get to a safer place, let's go to my home. The forest is beautiful but dangerous,especially at night.

As we walked to her home, the clouds got darker, the forest was not as beautiful as it was before, it looked very dark and scary, the creatures of the night where out and about their business screaming, hunting and crawling around.

We walked to a very large tree, lura stopped and turned to me before saying "come on up", she began climbing, I was surprised as she could climb so fast. It took me about five minutes to get to the top of the tree. Once I got to the top I saw a tree house, " is this your house"? hmm...."come in" lura said pushing the door open, inside the house was brown in colour with only a few old furniture like the bed, table,and a small dark brown shelf which held three black books. " who are you"? ehemm...my na...where are you from? why are you wearing these weird clothes? why do you have black hair? and what is the thing you used in driving away the Goblins? hmm...are you done asking your questions? I said scratching my head. "wait give me a sec", she got up and walked to the opposite side of the room and returned holding a bowl full of fruits and nuts and a keg of water, "OK I'm ready, tell me" I looked at her and began to answer her questions, well my name is Jake and I got pulled here through a pond I found in a cave behind a water fall. As for my cloths, this is what people whe...."not around here "lura cut me short again, it made me angry and I could not help but frown at her, " OK sorry, continue" she said.
