Manik and Nandini fell in love at a very young age when they didn't even know what real love is. But they did love each other like no one else.

Will their way to forever be easy?

Manik Malhotra:

He is the guy every girl dreams to have in their life. A charming cricketer. Current captain of Indian National Cricket Team. Youngest caption in the history of Indian Cricket Team.

He is best at his field. He has been the best all-rounder since the beginning of his career. Sometimes someone replaced him but within a few matches he again regained his position.

In every tournaments or leagues, franchises die to have him in their team. From last 4 years, he has been the most valuable player.

What to say about his look?

His one look can take away the breath of any girl. His charm and aura can make anyone fall for him. But does he care?

A big NO. . . . .

Because he doesn’t own a heart. His heart is owned by someone who is not known to anyone. No one knows about the girl. So, they think it to be a mere rumor.

At the age of 24, he has everything that a person dreams for. He has gained name, fame and everything but his hard work.

When it comes to family, he has his maa, bhaiya and bhabi jaan. He lost his father at a very early age. He has been really close to his father and for some unknown reason he never gets along well with her mother. It’s not she didn’t love him. He is close to his bhaiya most now. He can die for him. His bhabi is his best friend.

There is one more person in his life who is the shining star in his dark world.

Something happened 6 years back which made him more determined in his life.

Sarita Malhotra:

A very strong lady. Her personality, her aura can make her opponent think twice before they try to collide with her.

Proud mother of Anirban Malhotra and Manik Malhotra.

She has been standing strong after her husband’s death taking care of his business and both their sons. Tried to give both of them love of father and mother both. She felt she fell in case of Manik as he distanced himself from her.

At the age 32 she took over her husband’s company. Now she is 54. Doesn’t go to office anymore. Enjoying her time now as her sons and daughter-in-law taking care of everything.

Anirban Malhotra:

One and only elder brother of Manik Malhotra. His another introduction is he is the CEO of Malhotra Firms.

A very mature and sensible person. But you can definitely go head over heel for his look. He has been doing magic since the time he has joined business. One of the best businessmen of his time.

From an early age, he has seen his mother struggling. So, he took care of Manik like a father. That’s how they grew this close. Manik has always been his baby brother. He came before anything else for him.

Married to Tridha, his love of life. He met her in one of his business tour and fell in love. They are happily married.

Tridha Malhotra:

Elder daughter-in-law of Malhotra’s. Proud to be a part of this family.

Very beautiful and down to earth girl. She is beauty with brain.

Used to be a professor but left her job after getting married. Though everyone asked her to continue, but she wanted to be a housewife and give time to her family.

She shares a great bond with Sarita aka her mother-in-law. She knew about Manik and Anirban’s bond. She always admired them. Best friend for Manik. Pampers him like her child. Tried to mend the relationship between Manik and Sarita but somehow it didn’t work.

Manik shares everything with her. She knew there’s someone in his life but never told her name or showed her picture. She has been eagerly waiting to meet the girl.

~~*BASU FAMILY*~~

Nandini Basu:

A girl every man wants in his life. Beautiful long hair, doll like eyes with thick eyelashes, cute little nose and pink pouty lips to die for. Her one look is enough to make any boy fall for her.

She is 22 but very mature. She knows what to do which moment. She has completed her graduation in New York and came back to India a few days back.

Brought up in a middle class family. Values relationships a lot. Believes love is the most important thing to live. She has a simple life where she likes someone, wants to marry him and live a peaceful life.

Being the youngest one, she got all the love and care from her family. But her family is very conservative which never let her keep her heart out in front of them.

Loves her family a lot and afraid of them too. She is close to her maa but she is also strict. So, sometimes she also couldn’t share everything with her.

Faced a lot in last 6 years but that made her more strong and determined towards her life.

Has someone very special in her life. For whom she can die also. From the time she has known love, she had him.

Kunal Basu:

A man with great moral values. His family traditions and customs are most important for him no matter what the situation is. Very strict in nature.

He is going job in a private firm. Going to be retired soon.

As head of Basu family, he made sure all his children follow rules of his family. He loves them a lot but those customs come first for him.

He doesn’t like love marriage. So, 6 years back he took a step which was about to ruin something really big.

Maya Basu:

Mother of Nandini and a housewife. We can say an ideal housewife. She has been following all the traditions of Basu family since the day she got married.

Loves her family a lot. Sometimes feels bad, seeing her children suffering but can’t help.

She was really close to Nandini, but 6 years back something happened which changed their equation.

Rahul Basu:

Eldest child of Basu couple. He is an IT engineer. He is 31 and married to Anu. He had an arranged marriage but now they are in love.

He also very strict about the customs. But not always when it comes to his sisters. He tries to protect them can never go against his father.

Loves his baby sister Nandini a lot. But couldn’t be with when she needed him the most as he can’t his father. Now he regrets that and everything fine between them.

Anu Basu:

Wife of Rahul. An ideal wife. She is afraid of her father-in-law.

An amazing lady, you will meet. Really pretty and well mannered. Very much down to the earth.

Maya is like her own mother and she is more like a best friend now for Nandini. She knows everything about her but never told anyone as she doesn’t her to suffer more.

Karan Khurrana and Chahat Khurrana:

Karan is Manik’s team mate and also best friend c*m another brother. Chahat is his wife and like an elder sister to Manik. They are elder to Manik, they are well aware of the happenings of his life. So, they always try to protect him. But they also don’t know the girl who is in his life.

Akash Sharma:

Manik’s school friend and now PA. They have been together since childhood. He knows Manik in and out. He knows all the sufferings, he had to face 6 years back. But he made a promise to Manik that he won’t disclose his past to anyone. That’s why he never told anyone. Loves Manik like his own brother.

Shree Dhawan:

Manik’s school friend. Currently working in Malhotra Firms.

Tirtha Saxena:

Nandini’s school friend. Only friend. They lost contact 6 years back. She missed her soul sister a lot but can’t help. She is engaged to Akash.

*Important things*

•Manik stays alone in Mumbai. Others of his family lives in Dehradun as Malhotra Firms is there only. Nandini’s family also lives there.

•Manik’s family only knows a little about what happened 6 years back in Manik’s life but not fully.

•Nandini’s family knows everything and they did something really brutal.

•The story will move forward in flashback a part or two where you will find the story, then we will get back to present.

•Connection between Manik and Nandini will be revealed soon.
