(The prologue is a summary of the events in The Divine Sedition. If you have already read The Divine Sedition, you can skip the prologue.) The year is 2872 AD. Keila Eisenstein, a young Martian rebel with supernatural visions and premonitions, is on the run from the Terran Council. The Terran Council is brutal dictatorship representing the mightiest corporations on Earth. Keila is on the run from her nemesis, Rear Admiral Bjorn Muller, who is the son of the Terran Council leader, Joachim Muller. During the pursuit, Keila's escapes and she crashes down on the asteroid Eden, the home world of her deceased mother, Susanna. Keila finds out that Eden is an artificial Bronze Age society, dominated by its malevolent god-king Abraham Goldstein. Keila kills Abraham and befriends Metatron, one of Abraham's super-soldiers. After that, Keila fakes her own death and tricks Bjorn Muller to stop pursuing her. Once Bjorn Muller has left Eden, Keila and her ally Metatron, are in control of Eden. They modernise the Edenite society so that they can use Eden as a base of operations. From Eden they stage covert operations against Terran Council, weakening the Terran Council from within. The modernisation of Eden faces a problem. It angers Adina, the granddaughter of the late Abraham Goldstein. Adina uses her abilities with the Zetan mind-control technology to attack Keila and Metatron. They both survive Adina’s psionic attacks, and Keila retaliates. Keila forces Adina out in the open, where she can incinerate Adina using orbital laser cannons. After securing her leadership on Eden, Keila seeks ways to fight the Terran Council. Keila realises that she can use Eden’s secret technologies to travel to the Divine Dimension. Once in the Divine Dimension, Keila finds advanced alien technology to aid her in her quest. With her new-found technologies, Keila believes that she can win a Martian war of independence against the Terran Council. Keila needs to reverse-engineer the Zetan alien technologies to enable mass-production. To reverse-engineer the Zetan technology, Keila needs to find skilled scientists. A prominent Terran Council scientist, Markus Bauer, offers to defect to Keila's side. Markus condition is that Keila helps him escape from the Proxima Thule research station. Metatron fears a trap, but Keila’s visions tell her to trust Markus Bauer. Using her Zetan alien technologies, Keila defeats her Terran enemies on the Proxima Thule research station. After that, she brings back the scientists to Eden as forced recruits. Back on Earth, Bjorn Muller's father, Joachim Muller, is angry with Bjorn’s lack of progress. To punish Bjorn, Joachim Muller puts him under the command of the genetic mutant Alicia White. Joachim sends the duo on a mission; to find out who attacked Proxima Thule and to investigate whether Keila is still alive. Bjorn Muller and Alicia White travel to Eden to investigate the rumours of Keila Eisenstein’s survival. Metatron distracts Alicia through having s*x with her, and Keila escapes undetected. A while later, Alicia gets frenzied from drugs and engage in rough s*x with Bjorn Muller. Alicia in her frenzied state, almost kills Bjorn. This causes a diplomatic crisis between House Muller and House White. Alicia and her group go into hiding to avoid punishment. A couple of months later, Markus Bauer manages to reverse-engineer the Zetan technologies. This means that the Zetan technologies can be mass-produced for war with human technology. During the same time, Keila finds out that she is pregnant with Metatron. This is a complication for her revolutionary plans. Keila has a vision indicating that she will give birth in two years. To fulfil her vision, Keila has an embryo removal, and she put the foetus in suspended animation for future use. Keila's action upsets Metatron, who ends their romantic relationship. However, they remain amicable, sharing the power of Eden. Keila uses a Zetan technology, The Zetan External DNA modifier, to alter her appearance and DNA signature. Keila travels incognito to Mars, hoping to meet with Hellas Petrakis, the president of the Olympus Republic. Keila wants to meet with him to discuss a Martian revolution against their Terran overlords. On the way to Mars, the infamous space pirate Morgan Henry attacks Keila’s passenger ship. Morgan's attack terrifies Keila and Rangda offers to help her, in exchange for temporary control of Keila’s body. Keila is wary of Rangda but she sees no other option. Possessed by Rangda, Keila butchers Morgan’s crew and finishes off Morgan Henry, by tearing out his heart and eating it. Keila sustains injuries during the altercation, but they are only superficial. Keila lands in the Olympus Republic and local police brings her in for questioning. Meanwhile, Bjorn Muller arrives to investigate the mysterious woman that killed all the pirates. Bjorn analyses bloody-stained bandages in the medical room, and he realises that the mystery woman is his nemesis, Keila Eisenstein. Bjorn destroys the evidence of Keila’s resurgence to save his own image, as he was the one who declared her dead, one year earlier. In the Olympus Republic, Keila convinces Hellas Petrakis, of her real identity. They agree to join forces, and Keila goes back to Eden to bring more Zetan technology, as well as her personal strike force. Before Keila leaves, she inserts a mind control technology chip into Hellas’ brain, to make sure that he stays loyal. After Keila’s departure, Bjorn arrives at the Olympus Republic, asking Hellas Petrakis about the woman that killed Morgan Henry. Hellas denies any knowledge, and Bjorn doesn’t want to press the issue as he doesn’t want the truth to come out. During Bjorn's visit, Hellas sets Bjorn up with Martian prostitutes and secretly films the encounter to have leverage against Bjorn. The next few months, Keila performs covert attacks on Terran Council member installations. Keila plants fake evidence, causing the Terran Council members to fight among themselves. This weakens the Terran Council's hold of the solar system. Eventually, Keila leads a successful attack on the Terran Council mines on Mars. After this, Keila reveals that she is alive and that her faction, The Martian Humanist Alliance, has returned.  House White responds by orbital bombardments of Martian settlements. This furthers the resentment towards the Terran Council among the Martian population. Sometime later, Keila launches coordinated surprise attacks on the Terran Council bases on Mars. The Terran Council defenders are not prepared for the alien Zetan technologies, and Keila defeats them. Keila gets injured during the battle for the North Pole. Thus, she must sit out the decisive battle, the attack on the Terran Council’s Phobos base. A colossal wave of oppressed Martians, led by Melchior Dorevitch, is heading towards Phobos. Bjorn Muller won’t let them conquer the base to gain their independence. Instead, he redirects the fusion thrusters on the Phobos Moonbase, setting it on a collision course with Mars. On impact, this would melt the surface of both Phobos and Mars, killing everyone in an instant. Keila wakes up, and she sees what is happening in a vision. Despite her injuries, Keila sets out to stop her nemesis, Bjorn, and she faces him near the thrusters of Phobos. Bjorn shoots her twice and leaves her for dead, and then he takes off in his spaceship. Keila doesn’t die from her wounds, however, as divine intervention from the True Maker temporarily heals her wounds. The True Maker grants Keila enough strength to change the direction of Phobos fusion thrusters. This redirects the Phobos Moon onto a collision course with the Sun, away from the Martian surface. Keila chases after Bjorn, and they both crash on Mars, on top of Olympus Mons mountain. Bjorn gets out of his spaceship. Bjorn is gravely wounded, and Keila’s appearance shocks him, as he thought he killed her moments earlier. Keila states that Bjorn is under arrest for his crimes. Bjorn asks her what the point of that is, since they are both dying in the wilderness. Shocked, Keila drops to the ground, with her previous wounds coming back. Bjorn professes his everlasting unrequited love for Keila. Keila is cold towards Bjorn and calls him out for kidnapping her, and forcing her to become his s*x slave. Feeling heartbroken, Bjorn throws himself off a cliff. This is to kill himself and to make sure that Keila won't put him on trial. A few days later, Keila is recovering from her wounds and gives a speech where she declares Martian independence. Keila hopes that she can negotiate a peace treaty with the Terran Council, as they cannot invade Mars anymore, having lost the Phobos Moon. The Terran Council, led by Joachim Muller, has other plans though. Following the defeat against the Martians, the Terran Council members stand united and are ready to strike back. As they have lost Phobos Moonbase, Joachim Muller orders the redirection of a giant asteroid, Asteroid B600, to crash with Mars. The Terran Council sends a black operations team to the rogue asteroid B600. The mission is top-secret, and Joachim is unwilling to let his own brother, Supreme Commander Matthias Muller know about the plan. Instead, Joachim lies to Matthias and commands his fleet to protect the giant asteroid from Martian interference. Knowing that Matthias Muller is a reasonable man, Keila sends a delegation to negotiate with Matthias. During the negotiation, one of Joachim's agents assassinates Matthias. The agent makes it look like the Martians were behind the murder. Running out of options, Keila asks Rangda for guidance. Rangda tells Keila to use Zetan technology to change her appearance to that of Alicia White. Furthermore, Rangda instructs Keila to travel Earth and open portals hidden in pyramids scattered around the planet. A high-ranking Terran officer, Hilda Muller, questions Keila, who is posing as Alicia White. Hilda doesn't see through Keila's ruse, and they socialise and drink wine together. After that, Hilda gives Keila clearance for entry to Earth. Once on Earth, Keila sets off to activate the portals in the pyramids, but nothing seems to happen. Eventually, House Rashid forces arrests Keila for vandalism. This is a blessing in disguise, as they believe Keila to be the prominent Alicia White. The soldiers take Keila to a Terran Council conference in the city of Rashidium, to sentence her for her crimes. Meanwhile, Hilda Muller meets Markus White and tells him about her drinking session with his cousin, Alicia. Markus exposes that “Alicia” must be an imposter, as the real Alicia White is allergic to alcohol. Together, they rush to the meeting to stop the imposter, Keila Eisenstein. Keila, posing as Alicia White, has surrounded herself with Terran Council faction leaders. Keila uses this golden opportunity to m******e her enemies by releasing a nerve agent that she had hidden in a fake tooth. Once the Terran Council leadership has fallen, Keila orders the diversion of asteroid B600 towards a collision with the Sun. After this, Keila watches the sunset behind the distant glowing pyramids, feeling at peace with her impending death. Hilda reaches the meeting room and she tries to breach the door. Before Hilda breaches the door, Keila observes a bright blue light as the portal to the Divine Dimension opens on top of the Cheops Pyramid. A massive horde of Xeno beasts arrive through the portal. The Xeno forces butcher and eat the unprepared House Rashid security forces, and approaches Rashidium. Eventually, Keila stands face to face with Rangda, the evil Xeno queen, who Keila has only seen in her visions. Rangda knocks Keila unconscious and carries her back to the portal to the Divine Dimension.
