The clouds were gloomy, the sky was dark. It was as if the Heavens were angry on mankind and had to unleash terror on them. There was thunder and lighting and finally, the downpour came forth. In the woods, she ran for her dear life, running away from the psycho who was out to get her.  The ground was sticky as it rained, impeding her movements. She ran deeper into the woods, towards the very person whom she thought she was running from. As she ran, she tried to get her phone out of her pocket and call for help. The rain poured down heavily, making her to strain her eyes and wipe vigorously on the screen to keep the water out, but there was no signal. She thought back to how she was having fun with her friends at Carolina's party before she decided to use the restroom. All she remembered was someone hitting her on her head as she came out and then, everything went black. She woke up to find herself in the woods with someone who was after her life.  She tried calling out for help but only the trees and mother nature could hear her, no one could come to her aid. From within the shadows, he observed her silently as she cried for help. He knew that there would be nobody coming, and her voice became weaker as time passed. She was deep in the woods, and she was his prey.  He liked to have fun in the chase, watching as his victims ran and screamed for help. It aroused its primal instincts and kept his blood running. But as much as he loves that, he needed to end this quickly and get back to the real world. So, he went for the kill, stalking and making his footsteps blend with the sound of the raindrops as it hits the ground. “Oh... Lisa!” She heard someone call her name from behind her while laughing. How did he manage to catch up with me? She thought to herself. She turned around to see how close he was, and then she felt a sting on her neck.  She stopped in her tracks and brought her hands to her neck. Lisa looked up to see who it was but the person was wearing a black mask and smiling down at her. She looked down and saw red drops flowing from her neck down to her chest. He slit her throat. She fell down to the ground jerking her body as she looked into the eyes of her killer. Her killer stood above her, watching as her blood spilled from her throat and mixed with the soil. He wanted more and so, plunged the knife furthermore into her chest. He enjoyed the way the blood splashed on his face. The fear showed on her face as she died was his price. “See you at the gates of Hell,” He said, turning and walking away, the rain washing away any sign that someone or something terrible had happened there.
