Leonard had just returned from his fifth journey to the endless green sea, bringing with him an interesting amount of trinkets. All these were compiled into a bag made with Elven technology. It was interesting that they could make a seemingly bottomless pit of a bag.  Humming a happy tune, he skipped the steps leading up the mountain and made his way to the gate of the tribe. The iron gates that had vines snaking around each bar were 5 meters wide with guard towers at each end. He walked to the left guardpost and knocked on the wooden door. A hairy, tall, and well-built middle-aged wolf answered him. He was dressed in nothing but a pair of trousers, showing off his abundant chest hair. His emerald green eyes and wavy brown hair represented the color of the tribe, which all Sienne tribe wolves had. His fangs showed every time he opened his mouth to speak. “Leo, you’re back" “Yes, Uncle Mark. Sorry for disturbing you this early morning” The sun was just starting to rise and having lived in a werewolf tribe all his life, he knew the wolves liked their beauty sleep.  “It’s fine, I was on a night shift anyway. I see you’ve brought back a lot more stuff” Mark commented, glancing at the backpack on Leonard’s back. His nose could pick up the scent of various things inside the bag. “Yup! I’ll be setting up shop today so you can come and check it out after you rest” “Shouldn’t you rest?” “Actually, I was urged back by the princess to deliver her birthday gift. I wouldn’t have arrived today but she would have my head so I had to hurry back. I’m actually headed to the palace right now” “Crap! You just reminded me. I had totally forgotten it was tomorrow. Don’t stay too long at the palace. I’ve got to get her a present or she’ll kill me” “I can’t make any promises” There was a gentle smile on Leonard’s face that highlighted his plump cheeks and deep dimples. It was a pure and innocent smile that fooled anyone except those familiar with him. Mark, happening to be such a person, squinted his eyes suspiciously. “You DO have trinkets I can impress the princess with, right?” “Yup! It’s going to cost you though” “I’m your uncle. You should give me a discount……” “Uncle Mark, you do want to get a present for the princess, right?” “......” The two stared at each other in silence and Mark finally gave in.  “I’ll buy it for whatever price” he said, defeated. Leonard was a little money-grubber even if he didn’t show it often. Happily skipping, he made his way into town. A red truck approached from behind and stopped beside him. A big grin wormed itself to Leonard’s face as he saw the truck.  “Joseph! You came to pick me up!” He exclaimed happily. “I was forced. The princess…...that demon woke me up early today” Joseph, a much shorter wolf, who was a head shorter than Leonard who stood at six feet five inches, said while shivering. He wore a green shirt and black shorts with black sandals.  Joseph was more pretty than handsome and had less hair than his brethren. He was a butler serving the princess and her secret love interest, at least that’s what Leonard would like to believe. “Well, thank you for the ride~~”  “You are both demons” he shivered again, starting up the truck. The morning breeze blew their short wavy hair as they made their way to the palace.  The palace of Sienne was built into an ancient massive tree. The legend was that the tree gave shelter during one of their numerous wars so the royal family lived in it as a form of honor. Leonard wanted to fit the tree and the ancient yet amazing-looking castle into his bag and tinker with it. Noticing the fanatical look he had seen more often than he would like to, Joseph slapped the back of Leonard's head with his free hand to bring him back to reality. They parked close to the palace and walked through an alternate entrance.  Taking a couple of stairs and passing through a few hallways, they finally reached the quarters of the princess. Reaching the door, Joseph immediately turned tails hearing the shouting and clattering sounds coming from indoors. Chuckling, Leonard knocked on the door. The room went silent, making the hallway also silent. It wasn’t his first time in the palace with the princess and all her servants were more or less acquainted with him.  What he would’ve never expected was the person who opened the door. Standing at an impressive seven feet six inches, the Prince of Sienne looked down at the visitor. His emerald green eyes were devoid of emotions but the way he bent, his long straight brown hair touched the tip of Leonard’s nose. “Who are you and what are you doing here?” He asked with a frown. His voice was relaxed and deep, the annoyance in his tone even endearing. He had no idea that he had put the other into a shock with his mere presence. “I smelt Leo. Out of the way, dummy!”  Leonard’s daze was broken when the Prince was shoved from the doorway with an excessive amount of force. He crashed into a wall but his assailant couldn’t care less because she was dragging Leonard to her bed.  She shoved him and loomed over him like a predator. “Hey Leo, where’s my present?”
