Prologue

Betrayals always cut like a knife when that too you are stabbed with love. Your heart become too weak to bear that. And you will fall like fallen dry leaf without life. It was winter. Snow was falling hard. Very few people stood there for funeral. That is because they are close to family. It was unavoidable for them. Priest was being impatient. Two funerals happening in same day. The air was thick with sorrow. “Bring her”. he ordered. Two people brought a woman who looked pale and shabby. Her eyes told she haven’t slept for days. She looked a last glance over the two people whom she loved most. They are dead. Gone ………. Leaving her alone with her demons…….. She freed herself from the clutches and sat on ground emotionless. This is it. The end. She didn’t hear the priest last prayers to dead ones. She didn’t feel the sympathy filled glances that come to her. But she felt air. And them. They are close to her. Her eyes saw their sad faces. Slowly people began to disperse leaving her alone. She felt a hand on her shoulder. Without turning back, she said. “I will come. Let me with them for few more minutes” This was the last time that she will cry. She took two winter roses from her clock and put on each grave and stood up. World can say anything about them. But they are my family. Only ones who loved me.  They can’t be wrong.  And never will be. She closed her eyes and said. One day I will comeback here with winter roses…………
