It's been 2 days since her father came to the house. The weekend actually. Surprisingly, Nova didn't think that she'd enjoy staying at Bentley's house but she did. Even though there was no one to talk to, she blended in just fine and she was grateful for it.
Then the doorbell rang.
So there was a doorbell after all. It made her wonder why Franco chose to knock on the door that day instead of using it. Maybe everyone that lived in this house was dramatic after all.
Nova went to answer the door. From the cam, she saw a man. He was putting on a face cap and shades. She wondered who it was. Should she call Bentley or just answer the door straight up?
She opened the door and saw the young man. He wore a friendly smile on his face and when she looked down, she saw a couple of shopping bags.
