CHAPTER THIRTY NINE
She’d heard about morning sickness from movies, TV shows, and a few friends back in Nebraska, so Mackenzie had been expecting the worst. But hitting the nine-week mark following her first OB visit, she hadn’t experienced it at all. She was suffering from pretty severe mood swings, which at least explained her behavior in Seattle. But back in DC, the mood swings got slightly worse.
