Nila, the tracker, pov

i was in one of the dens with my hood over my head, most see me as a threat, others think im just a female that they can just play around with, but im no normal female, im a tracker for hire, i also kill for a good amount of money, I've been doing this for many years and right now, i see one of the females I've been looking for, she has short blond hair, that was cut into a bob, they must had made her cut it, she looked scared and lost, her father told me that a rogue took her, they came into the land so fast that they weren't ready, they only took her, and killed serval members, its been two weeks of me looking for her, going to den to den, she was sitting at one of the tables with a goblet in her hand, i could see her hand shaking as she smiled at the man beside her, he reached under the table to reach for something, i saw her jump, i needed to make my move, if i don't then he would get her upstairs, there was a den full of rogues, i can smell them, So i need to make this fast, hurrying off my stool, i approached the girl and the man, bumping into them,

Hey b***h, you're just going to be rude and bump into me and my date and walk off without saying a word?” Said the nasty smelly man that was sitting by my target, this was my cue, i quickly turned with my dagger in my hand slicing his throat, he grabbed his throat trying to keep the blood from coming out, but it was already to late, i cut it so deep that there was nothing stopping him from dying, people stopped talking looking at me, rogues turned growling at my directions, they were coming forward me, this was it, i needed to finish this and then get her out of here before more rogues came into the den, they attacked me all at once, a few of them got in a few hits, while i was kicking and punching the others, i knew all their weak spots, i studied them for many years, with my sword in my hand, i sliced the last four rogues in half, i grabbed the girls hand and said,

‘If you want to get out of here come with me, your parents sent me to look for you,” She nodded and ran out with me, i caught the place on fire, they would be to busy trying to get the fire out then to be following me, we ran for an hour until we got into woods, that's when she told me her name,

My name is Shelly, they told me if i didn't do what they told me to do they would kill my parents, i didn't want to do anything that they wanted me to do, i feel dirty and now im ruined, if i ever find a mate he won't find me.” i looked at the girl shaking my head, thinking to myself, here she is being made to breed with these guys, and shes thinking about a mate that would reject her, that's just crazy, i fixed my nose ring making sure it was still intact, than i told her

“We still have a days walk to your parents, they were the only servers, so unless you want to walk a day in a half, i suggest that you shift and we will run to where they are,” she cleaned her face with the back of her hand, than shifted into her brown wolf, tying my clothes to my foot, i shifted than started to run ahead, she kept up with me, we reached her family about two in the morning, they were waiting at a hotel, we shifted back to our humans skin, got dressed and then i knocked on their room door, her father answered the door, when he saw that i had her, he pulled her inside and hugged her, he paid me the twenty grand that he promised me,

‘I suggest you get out of town, they will be looking for her, i give it two days and they will find you if you don't leave now.” the mother came out of the bathroom cleaning her hands, she hugged her daughter as she cried,

“Thank you, I don't know your name, but thank you for finding our child, we are leaving now, be safe and be well,” i left walking into the woods, i needed to find out of they were telling the truth if they were leaving, twenty minutes later, they hurried out of the hotel room got into their truck with their daughter and sped off, i didn't where they were going, the less i know the better, i only promise one thing, i will bring them back a live, Now its time for me to rest, putting my hood back over my head, i climbed a tree and sat on some branches, i don't like laying on the ground, it would be to easy for people to ambush me, its harder up in the trees, i can hear everything, the next day i was off again, i live in a house deep in the woods, it was time for me to head home so i can rest, its just a cabin in the woods, i don't have much, i buy what i need i have food but not much, i don’t want it to spoil, i don't spend much time there at all, i have a bed, a closet and a small dresser, and a small bathroom, that's all i need, im the only one that lives there, i like it that way, that way i don't have to worry about anyone else, when i got home, i took a shower, dried off and then put on some sweat pants and my favorite hoodie, i always wanted to be dressed just incase someone stupid decided they wanted to come to my home and mess with me, it will be the last thing they ever do,
