"Haven't you understood that I need to be alone with the lady?" are the first words out of Freddy's mouth and it feels as if they have echoed in every corner of the room.
My throat runs dry at the sight of him. Freddy is so damn attractive, his eyes, his eyebrows, his deliciously mouth... Seeing him is an ordeal for me and for my mind.
I swallow dryly, I can't believe I let him in. I know it was idiotic.
"Sir, I cannot allow you to be alone with Mrs. Hernandez with this attitude, she cannot receive strong emotions, she is undergoing delicate treatment." The nurse in charge informs me and I give her a frightened look. Freddy must not know that I'm still pregnant.
