The Earp brothers and Doc Holliday walked out of the Grand Hotel with no idea where the hell the killer was. At first, they considered each of them going his separate way in search of Davies, but then it was decided that they should split up into two groups. Virgil and Morgan went one way, and Wyatt and Doc went the other.
