After Terri took her bath, Jonathon wanted to eat breakfast at the dining hall, which surprised Cecilia. She figured he wanted to stay in until he recovered a little more. Cecilia sat on one side of Jonathon while Terri sat on the other. They quietly ate their meal while Jonathon was chatting with Beatrice.
"If you can get up and move around, you could’ve gone on the mission with Magnus," Beatrice said, trying to get a rise out of Jonathon. She was aware that, especially in his line of work, he disliked being left out.
"You can take that up with Lord Jared," Jonathon answered, "I am stuck at home for the foreseeable future. You could’ve gone through. Why didn’t you? You know Magnus could have used the guidance.”
"So, you could be a liability here too? I think not," Beatrice stat
