Hope’s Pov:- 

Hearing his words Dakota’s face flashed in front of my eyes, I couldn’t believe that he went through all these horrible things. I took a deep breath and wiped my tears, “Don’t worry, I will,” I said, taking his hands and looking at him with determination in my eyes.

We went back to the packhouse and took my bag, Blade drove me to the college. While putting the books inside my locker, I saw Dakota walking with his group through the hallway, our eyes met for a split second before he looked away from me.
