CHAPTER 20 Reagan reached for a tissue and handed it to her daughter. Emma stared back at her mother, dabbing at her eyes with the tissue in hand. “You all right?” Reagan asked her. “Yeah, I just feel terrible,” Emma told her. “I’m such a terrible daughter.
