CHAPTER 16 Breanne woke with a start, not sure where she had found herself, what day it was, and most disturbingly, what time. The clock beside her showed a six. “Is something wrong?” Nick asked, sitting up beside her. “What time is it?” she asked, indicating the clock. “Is it six in the morning or evening? I’m so disoriented.” “It is six in the morning, chérie,” Nick told her. “I know what you mean, though. It can be very confusing to travel so far so fast.
