"When are you flying back out here?"
Carlos shrugged. When he realized that his publicist couldn't see the noncommittal motion, he used his words. "I don't know, Caroline. I told you I need a break."
"You're hot right now, Carlos. We need to keep the interest going."
Carlos's interest was currently focused across the ranch. Jane Bennett held her friend Charlotte's left hand in hers. Jane's smile was broad and bright as she gushed over Charlotte's wedding ring.
