Rachel's P.O.V
By the time the thirty laps were over, we were all laughing so hard, that some of us fell on the ground.
"Ok, ok guys that's enough, let's do some sparring. Nicky and Steph I want you two to spar, I want to see what you have learned." Rachel said, they both nodded, got in the middle of the mats and started to spar. They started out punching each other in the face, doing a few kicks, elbows and round kicks, but it looked as if Steph was getting angry because Nicky blocked some of her moves.
"Ok that's enough, you both did great, but Steph you have to control your temper, if you're fighting a rogue, they will get you because they can tell that you're angry and they will win, and you will die. Work on your anger." I said, stepping in and breaking them up. Steph nodde
