Theos-2 – The faultZaneki was travelling to level seven of his ship, which was reserved as staff accommodation, inside communication module number two. Under his arm he held a large dark green bowl containing a magnificent Soel flower. The module door opened with its usual slight hiss. He walked slowly along the short corridor and stopped in front of a sort of door illuminated by an intense blue light. He asked the control system to announce his presence and waited patiently.
"Nek, what a nice surprise," said Kelara as soon as she saw him appear on her monitor. "Come in."
The door vanished leaving in its place a fine blue mist.
Kelara was lying comfortably in a self-moulding armchair which reminded him very much of the one he had seen, for the first time, on Azakis’ ship.
