"We’ll drive round in a nice wide circle and approach the overturned tank from the west,” suggested the Senator.

The vehicle, travelling very slowly to avoid raising too much dust and drawing attention to their presence, set off towards the accident site, making a wide curved shape on the ground. The short journey was over in a matter of minutes.
