I was completing what I knew would be the final stages of my training, and I was pushing myself as hard as I had previously. The fact the tutors and the trainers had said my work and fitness was already above where it needed to be to pass was inconsequential to me. I needed the focus and I needed the drive to keep me going. The resources at the library here were helpful, so I made sure I accessed them daily to research additional topics. But the main element was the physical training. That was what the high basis of this training was, plus it meant the pain I felt from pushing myself distracted me from the pain I was feeling inside of my heart.
