Chapter Fourteen Two months later It’s as if nothing ever happened. I’m in my chair, behind my desk in my office. It’s my safe space, and, contrary to what everyone suspected, being back at work has done me the world of good. There have been some changes. I delegate more and don’t take work home with me so much or stay in the office ‘til the early hours. It’s true, I am only one woman and need time to recharge now and then.
