Tenth Chapter
He felt like he could pierce the sky with his bare hands
When Gaia had reached the pier, she found Alessandro together with Ercole, which made her angry.
"I told you not to say anything to anyone!" she bursted out whilst she was pointing her finger at Alessandro.
"But...but..." Alessandro tried to defend himself.
Ercole came to rescue him before his cousin insulted him.
"Alessandro has nothing to do with it. I came here because mum suggested I should."
"What?" asked Gaia.
"Yeah. Do you actually think I didn't know?"
"I thought..." replied Gaia.
"What? That I didn't know about Elio? I know very well that he's been affected by that same thing that happened to Libero ages ago.
"I'm sorry. All this story seems so surreal." apologised Gaia as she was calming down.
