Author POV
The guest reader finally starts arriving and the reading starts at around 4:00 p.m.
Risa sits in the middle between Zahra and Anisa. The reading was led by the Malik cleric, one of the material discussed was closing the genitals (covering body parts that cannot be seen by the opposite s*x).
From the explanation he explained, it made me that listen, so shuddered in horror. How not to afraid, the cleric Malik said that hell was inhabited by most women.
After the recitation was finished, I began to think 'do I have to use the hijab from now on?' I thought to myself.
I sat on the front porch staring blankly while thinking and never got an answer whether I should wear a veil or not.
"daydreaming" Angga said, who had just come from the house, Risa, just looked up and then her eyes were straight ahead.
"Think about your boyfriend, huh?" Angga asked half temptingly and Angga sat in Risa's side chair. Risa turned to Angga who was at her side then looked straight ahead.
"I have no lover" Risa answered coldly without seeing Angga's face.
"Are you sure you don't have a boyfriend?" Angga asked to be sure while looking at Risa.
Risa just shook her head without seeing Angga's face as an answer to Angga's question.
"never had a lover" continued Risa who was still focusing her gaze towards the front.
"Is the woman really obliged to use a veil?" Risa asked, after silence had been created between them for a while.
"For every baligh woman, she is obliged to cover all parts of her body except the palms and face" Angga explains the obligation of a woman.
"what if it's not ready" Risa asked later.
"The headscarf is not a problem ready or unprepared, because the headscarf is an obligation that must be done, if you wait until you are ready then you will not be able to be ready at any time" Angga explained.
"Allah Ta'ala said in Surat al-Ahzab: 59 which essentially instructs all women to always extend their entire veil throughout their bodies. So that they are more easily recognized, not disturbed. And Allah is Forgiving, Most Merciful"
Angga continued.
"You're beautiful again when wearing a veil" Angga said without turning to Risa.
For a moment, Risa smiled without being seen because the smile shown by Risa was very thin. don't know what made Risa smile, praise Angga? no know.
"How many women are involved with you, because of your seduction?" Risa said that after hearing Angga's words.
"but unfortunately I will not be your victim" Risa continued while turning to Angga and Angga turning to Risa who accidentally made their eyes meet at one point, for now they remained silent in that position as if they were checking the condition of their opponent's eyes through their eyes.
"Ouch, chat from heart to heart" Suddenly a voice came out of the door breaking the silence that happened between Angga and Risa. they immediately broke eye contact between them while saying istigfar in their hearts.
"What is this uncle, eat heart, yes, chat with him"
Risa answered with an annoyed tone that managed to make Dimas laugh at that. Sometimes seeing Risa's jutek attitude towards Angga indeed makes people who see it feel comforted, Risa who is jutek is in conflict with Angga who just stays silent or smiles without wanting to fight. Although sometimes if the man is ignited by the same fire of hatred, it will cause enough debate to make others see him laugh.
Then, not long after, Zahra appeared who was ready to go home to her husband's house, Dimas. The woman who always appeared charming walked to Risa, Angga, and Dimas to say goodbye to Angga because the three of them would be home soon.
"sister's, Dimas's brother, and Risa goes home first, take care of yourself and take care of Daddy and Mommy" Pamit Zahra when they go home, while Angga gets a thumbs up.
"God willing, Sis" Angga answered while kissing the hands of his brother and sister-in-law.
"Before you go home, you don't want to kiss the hands of your future husband first" Dimas asked a little teasing Angga and Risa, if Risa replied to Dimas's words by glaring at him in a different way from Risa, Angga would only be silent while smiling and looking at Risa at a glance.
"NOT MAHROM" Risa answered with emphasis and her pouting face that managed to make Dimas laugh again.
Zahra can only shake her head to see the behavior of her uncle and also her niece, it is not a problem for anyone who becomes their immediate family if they see people who always clash like that, while Angga can only be quiet and look down.
