Once the contract was signed and notarized, Alpha Eldrin shook my hand, finalizing the agreement.
"I don't know why y'all are shaking hands as if it weren't my contract." Charisma spat out sassily.
"You're right," I replied as I pulled her into my arms, tightly embracing her. "I won't forget the sacrifice you're making for us, I will find you a way out of it, I promise," I whispered in her ear as I placed a gentle kiss on her forehead.
"No need, I'll be fine Mad." She replied confidently.
