The news that Claudia brought in caused the once gentle, light, atmosphere to quickly shift into a dangerously on edge atmosphere. Both Lucian and Vincent looked at her seriously, with the prince of hell showing his right hand’s claws, and the vampire prince aiming his right hand covered in black at her.

“I will never stop you with what you are planning to do.” She said, then plopped down the floor with both her hands up in the air, showing her complete surrender. Damn. I feel closer and closer to fainting. “I’m just here to deliver the news.” She said in a small voice.

“How will I trust a reaper? You’re the reason why she went on a rampage in the first place.” Vincent seriously said. “That’s exactly why I won’t interfere. It’s my fault that she snapped.” But y
