Aurora POV My heart hammers against my ribcage, threatening to tear itself out of my chest as Thorne watches me with that hot, hungry gaze. “So obedient,” Thorne rumbles, sending another shiver down my spine. The kind of shiver that tells me that I want what his desire-thickened voice promises. “You prepared so well.” I want to tell him I didn’t prepare for him.
