Robynne POV

I sped through the dirt roads, spinning the wheels and sending showers of pebbles into the air. I felt Ridge tighten his grip on me before settling in closer to my back. He was a natural, leaning and moving with me.

Then, once I was on the main road, I accelerated faster. Now, I am on terra firma. At first, Rigde tightened his grip again, but after a while, I heard him laughing and cheering when I made a rather tight corner, my foot pegs scraping the road and sending shards of sparks behind us. It was different having someone at the back who was enjoying the ride as much as I was.
