Natalie’s POV . “What the hell are you doing?” Adam growled from behind, and that made me turn around and look at him in shock. Didn’t he leave with Lexie to take her to the hospital? “I asked you something!” he growled at me and gave me a hard look like he would strangle me right now, because he must know for sure that I was investigating Lexie’s background by talking with this alpha.
