         I enter the Cells with Jed and Dalton on my heels. I am gripping the ivory-handled silver knife that belonged to my father. Delta had tried to use it on Griffin. Luckily, she had deflected it, and it didn’t penetrate her skin. I learned that silver didn’t affect Griffin as it did other wolves due to being a demigod, but she still could have been stabbed. My blood boiled with anger at the thought.

           We got down to the cells, and I ordered Dalton to bring two of the warriors involved in the attack to the interrogation room. I stood over the set of tools I used to torture hybrids and rogues. I hated the thought of using them on my own pack members, but they had crossed a line.
