“Mr. Schade, I received your letter.” The Museum Director, Mr. Lauren, said after shaking Nichol’s hand. “You want to purchase some of our artefacts.”

“Yes,” Nichol replied. “I was informed that some are open for purchase.”

“Well you see, not all artefacts found by our partner archaeology institutions are fit for display,” he explained. “Either they don’t align with the museum’s motif or they’re completely unidentifiable. So they are either transferred to other museums or they are sold to assist the museum’s lifeblood.”

“What is it most of the time?”

“The latter,” he sighed helplessly. “And the demand isn’t even that good. Among those that are to be sold, we are lucky if we rid one item per month.”
