Chapter 8 The Maid From Hilla
(Charming’s POV) . Stardom Court. I could not remember when the last time was, that I had stepped my foot on this side of my castle. It was the closest to the dungeon I kept myself locked as the full moon came near. I sat back and sighed a dozen times as I watched every woman who worked at this court come over to present themselves to me. I could guess they were giving me their best behaviour and looks. Not bad at all. While I inhaled deeply through my nose, trying to adjust to the strong scent of flowers that had filled the Great Chambers, my eyes caught a glimpse of a woman arguing with the headmaid of Stardom Court.
