Preparing for the gathering.

Roseanne was awake before the sun even rose.

She had learned manners and proper education of being a good Duchess, but she never realized the preparation needed for a banquet. The delegation is from another neighboring country, fated to create unity and connection to the empire. In other words, it is simply a party for gaining another alliance for the kingdom.

Nobles usually gather the stupidest reason to have a party, and people like her are always dragged into attending. Everyone who has proper influence is invited into these events, while the other nobles spend almost a year of their earnings to have a spot on the list. Roseanne is the only nobility who had the audacity to cancel these events. Then again, nobody can speak ill of her.
