Caly’s POV

I wake to the sound of screaming in my head, and for a second, I think it’s me.

‘b***h, I’m baaaaccckkkk!’ my wolf proudly howls out.

‘Athena, Oh my Goddess, I was so worried for you! I didn’t think you would ever find your way back!!’  Relief washes over me, and I clasp my hands and whisper a thank you to the Moon Goddess.

‘Aww, miss me that much, Babe?’ My wolf teases me. ‘Wait! What. Is. This. s**t??  Get me to a Mirror, Babe. NOW!’

I have no idea what she sees that I can’t, but I carry myself into the bathroom and flick the light on.  The reflection in the mirror startles me.  It’s only me, but I look like death warmed over.  My skin is gray, and my mouth feels like I have been chewing on sawdust, so I stick out my tongue and see that it is gray and wrinkly.
