Caly’s POV

I am woken by the sound of doors and heavy footsteps. Sounds like only one person is headed my way, and with a purpose. How long was I even asleep?  I act like a wolf when I sniff at the air, but I realize Athena still hasn’t returned to me. My senses are pitiful without her. That can’t be good right?  Without our normal banter, I feel very much alone. I take a peek around my cell, nothing has changed, except perhaps a few more nibbles out of the stale sandwich.  I don’t even know how I will be able to face another interrogation without Athena’s support. I let out a small chuckle, at least I don’t have the energy to panic.
