Colin's POV

The day passed quietly.  Stab basically sat on his bed in gym shorts, flicking between every streaming service we subscribe to. Any time I became interested in a show, he would look for something else, purely out of spite.  So every time he changed shows I got up and checked on Caly, mostly out of spite as well.  Whenever I got up I could see him and his wolf struggling for dominance.  His wolf wanted desperately to be the one tending to her, yet Stab wouldn't allow it.  Stab can't even bring himself to use her name, that stubborn i***t.

He changed the damn channel again.  So I got up from my chair and stood in front of the TV while I spoke. "I'm thinking about ordering a few things up here. Interested in lunch?"
